果感豐富的酒。每方面表現也在中上的水平,但真的只是中上,即是說如果60分合格的話,它便樣樣70分,別期望80分。酒的口感很好,05年酒的單寧真的很軟熟,令人飲得很舒服的。餘韻亦令人回味,好味,只是複雜性少了點,但村酒來說是很好的。

2013 Savigny les Beaune les Narbantons, Domaine Leroy
Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum, menthol, red cherry, and touch of funnel, and vinyl-chloride. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavour of red cherry, plum, vanilla and spice box. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish, (91?) A bit off condition, touch of cork taint too. Can I have another bottle?

這酒有點點問題,有點點CORK,但不太影響佐餐。酒的香氣很濃,仍很年輕的。花果味很重。餘韻算長,只是酒味在口中下跌了些。所以評價仍是一個問號,有待觀察。

2004 Nuit St. Georges, Domaine Leroy
Deep ruby with touch of haziness. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of mushroom, red plum jam, rose jam, toasted vanilla and touch of anise. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium soft tannin but a touch of greenness is detected at the back. Higher than medium flavour intensity with flavours of red cherry, plum, rose jam, licorice and redberry jam. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91) Jammy but a bit masking on its character.

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry champagne with pronounced noses of lime, green apple, bread, mineral, and wet stone. Quit high in acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lime, green apple and bread. Fairly long length with lime finish. (90) Fresh, clean and crisp.

Medium gold colour with quite intense noses of honey, apricot, dried peach, steel, mineral, raisin, dates, quite concentrated. Sweet with high acidity, full bodied and barely feel of alcohol. The flavour intensity is quite high too, with flavours of honey, lemon, apricot, dried peach and touch of steel. Fairly long length with raisin finish. (94)

甜酸平衡很吸引。酒香複雜,香氣較重乾果感,酒體厚重,但酸度令口感提升,不會覺膩,酒味也不錯,果味足,但礦物感消散了點,餘韻亦算長,好飲的,如果餘韻再長些會更好。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of black plum, black cherry, rose perfume, foreset floor, licorice, anise, spice box and touch of mint tea at the back. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The tannin is qutie high but ripe and fine. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of rose, black cherry, plum, licorice, tea, and touch of mint. Long length with rose and cherry finish. (97)

這酒有點令人無語。因為在各方面都紮實地展示給你看這酒的級數,強烈複雜的香氣一層層的展示出來,說明了他的深度。酒還年輕,單寧未完全變柔滑,但是會感到其成熟的。酒味強而複雜再加上長長的餘韻,在品飲方面沒有得挑剔。這酒不是有一些如 LEROY 或 LIGER BELAIR 般的濃艷,但來得優雅,平衡工整,酒體結實,難得一遇的好酒。只是在我的評分中,如酒味有轉變的話會再加分,但這酒是一直連貫的好味到尾,所以不能再比更多分,但這酒的評分我應該是比到最高的了。
