Quite high dusty and ripe tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black berry, dried plum, smoke and licorice. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (92) Good palate

這酒的質素在入口後才看得清楚。酒香不算很強,但感到有些複雜性。酒入口後反而更強,雖然複雜性沒有更好,但配合柔順均衡的口感,充分的果味及香料味和長的餘韻,令人覺得好喝。正。

Yamazaki 25 Years Single Malt Whisky Limited Edition

Deep mahogany coloured with pronounced aromas of black plum, prune, caramel, coffee, nutmeg and touch of smoke and raisin. Water brings out floral notes. It is dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol and full bodied. Trace of wood tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of caramel, nutmeg, raisin, smoke, grain and touch of coffee. Fairly long length with coffee and caramel finish. (94) Rick and full, good extraction.

很濃厚的一款酒,可以看出它陳年感之餘,亦感覺到酒從木桶中提取了不少的感覺 ,但亦不至於只得木桶味。酒力強而有著成熟酒的複雜性,口味頗重,餘韻長。個人覺得這酒較適合剩飲,用來吃飯未必一定好。因為酒味已經有點似甜品了。

1984 The Golden Cask Caol Ila Single Malt Cask Strength Whisky (Bottled in 2014)

This dry single malt whisky has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it gives quite pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, smoke, malt, seaweed and touch of licorice and vanilla. Water enhances its maltiness. Medium acidity, quite high alcohol but integrated, and full bodied with oily mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, seaweed, pepper and touch of smoke. Fairly long length with lemon and honey finish. (93)

很多人覺得艾雷酒的酒香味不能接受,但接受的人又會很喜歡。但我覺得這裡的酒最精彩是酒香及酒味風格上的反差。酒香較重煙煄跟入口後的甜美形成一大對比,甚至給人驚喜。有風格、有強度和餘韻、亦有一定複雜性,好味。

2003 Barbaresco Asili, Bruno Diacosa

A medium intensity ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of rose, dust, black plum, raisin, earth and touch of mint herb. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of rose, black berry, red plum, and touch of tea. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (92) Elegance on palate.

香氣、酒味、餘韻也在中上的水準,複雜性在口中不及酒香那麼好,丹寧有點強,否則評價會更好,再放一會可能更好下一些,但應該只是一些。現在喝也不錯,幾好味。

1988 Castello di Ama Vigna L'Apparita

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, prune, mulberry, full of dark fruit with touch of vegetal notes. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is quite high but fine grained in nature. On palate it has over medium flavours of black cherry, black plum and vegetal. Medium length with black plum finish. (88) Good fruit wine.

黑果感很好,真的很好,但亦只是黑果感好。雖然簡單,但給人濃濃的果味也是一枝好的餐酒。酒香不錯,其他方面也算合格,可口的。

Quite intense ruby colour with over medium intensity aromas of earth, meat, smoke, black plum and dry rose. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium tannin but green. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black cherry, dried rose, black plum and earth. Medium length with black cherry finish. (89)

酒由較重味轉輕,也是一種特色,可能是年份關係,有點青,複雜性也尚算合格,餘韻亦是。要讚的是酒的強度不錯,酒香酒味也是。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of black plum, earth, rose jam, toast, smoke and trace of vegetal and strawberry. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with soft tannin at medium level. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, rose, smoke, earth and toasted herb. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92) Intense yet soft mouthfeel

要給人濃烈的感覺而入口又不重是一種難得的技術,但這酒莊做得不錯。這酒的強度一致地高,以這年份口感難得的柔順,餘韻長,好酒。果然是數一數二的VR強莊,讚。

2001 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue

Medium intensity ruby colur with quite intense aromas of rose, strawberry, wild cherry, red berry, sandalwood and touch of earth, meat at the back. Good layer. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a bit stalky tho. Quite intense flavours of red berry, cherry, rose tea and vegetal. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (92) Good berry fruit.

酒香很有層次,清晰分明,香氣出眾。酒入口後差了點 ,雖然酒力仍然強,但複雜性下降了,餘韻長,莓纇果味充足,好喝的。這莊的酒也是重炮手一個,酒力十分澎湃,所以要酒味爆的人會很喜歡。

Quite deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, rose jam, anise, damped earth and touch of clove. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, damped wood, clove and touch of strawberry tea. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. 以村酒來說是高班的,酒香及酒味也有一定的強度和複雜性。口感順滑,餘韻亦算不錯。好飲。這酒的香味範圍幾闊,所以很討好,不錯。

這酒的評分假以時日應可再升。酒還可以放,但現在飲已經好好味。強勁的酒力,複雜有層次的酒香和酒味,餘韻亦長,好好的品飲享受。味道的方向偏重,花香味不太重,啱重口味的飲家。
