水準其實是算高的,酒的香氣是出乎意料的強勁及複雜,口感亦很圓潤,單寧成熟,酒味在口中複雜性下降,但令人感到有點失望的是餘韻消散得較快。以這級數來說這是一支很不錯的酒品。用作佐餐是一流的。

This dry champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of toasted almond, honey, lemon, floral, limestone and touch of peach. Medium soft acidity with medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, chalk, honey, and trace of limestone. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93)

A deep ruby wine with quite intense noses of rose perfume, black plum, forest floor, cedar and touch of mint leaf. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a touch of greenness though. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of rose, wild red cherry, red plum and forest floor. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92) Should be a wonderful wine in good vintage.

A deep ruby coloured Chambolle with medium intensity noses of rose, strawberry, cedar, vanilla, wild red cherry, pretty attractive. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with ripe and soft medium tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, red cherry, rose and licorice. Longer than medium length with red plummy finish. (90) Good floral and fruit notes, show good vintage.

有舊酒的風味,但仍有一定活力。酒的融合過程像已完成。酒香強但在口中的味道轉弱了一點,餘韻亦合格,幾好飲。
