A dry white chardonnay with light lemon colour and quite intense aromas of lemon, pear, vanilla, white flower and touch of nuttiness. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite intense aromas of lemon, peach, vanilla and bitter lemon. Medium length with bitter lemon finish. (89) A simple crisp and sharp chardonnay.

清清爽爽的開飯酒，酒的強度很好，不論酒香或酒味也是，餘韻亦合格，雖然比我想像中短了點。清新直接的一款用餐酒，吃飯不錯，剩飲的話我會覺得有點寡。

明顯地少了點以前 KRUG NV那種老酒味，這樣有版本號碼的 NV 較清爽，多了些清新，少了些醇厚。果味及礦物味更突出，酒酸的性質也較銳利，公整而爽朗，中上水平，但我個人還是較喜歡舊的NV。
Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, red plum, rose perfume, anise, vanilla spice and trace of cinnamon. Good fruit and spiciness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with medium soft tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red cherry, strawberry, rose tea and licorice. Close to long length with red cherry finish. (93) Good balance of fruitiness and spiciness. Smooth when drinking at this youth.

這酒莊2010年左右轉人之後造得好咗，而且D酒仲似乎可以早飲D，這酒有著高水平的質量，估唔到的是只是有年已很啱飲。酒的果香及香料味均衡，只是在口中的複雜性不及香氣。酒的柔滑度也是有點驚喜的，好喝。
Medium lemon coloured with quite intense noses of honey, candied pear, lemon soda and touch of flower, young and fruity, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium flavours of pear, apple and lemon with barely medium length of pear juice finish. (89) Clean, clear and fruity.

清、爽、甜美果實，講完！真係講完。因為這酒十分清爽直接，完全像一枝毫不加工，直接由葡萄釀造出來的產品，生果酒似的，可以大大口喝的酒。這也是一個有趣的品飲經驗。

頗重口的感覺。酒在一點濃濃的醬果及重重的泥土味中來來回回，口感較重，田土及品種特色明顯，酒力和複雜性、甚至餘韻也是中上水平，好酒來的。只是我個人覺得有點過重。
This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it gives pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, plum, violet, and trace of cigar, chocolate and graphite, surprisingly young. Medium acidity and full bodied. Medium alcohol with fine grained medium tannin. The flavour intensity is quite intense with flavours of black cherry, black plum, blackcurrant, violet, licorice, earth and licorice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (94) Full and rich.

廿多年的酒仍是大大隻、充滿活力，但亦有點深層發展。酒力強勁澎湃，味道感覺集中，而且濃烈，很有力的表現。酒香及酒味很一致，盪氣迴腸的，這種感受令人樂而忘返。
Deep ruby coloured with quite intense red cherry, dried rose, pine wood and earth, quite floral. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, the tannin is soft and fine grained at medium level. Over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried cherry, earth, licorice and touch of toasted spice. Medium length with cherry finish. (90) Good food wine.

出色的花香，可口柔順，直接地表現出一枝花果味主導的餐酒，再加上一定的複雜性和香料味，喝得很舒暢。四四正正。不錯。

以BOURGOGNE PASSTOUTGRAINS來說是很超班的。不論香氣及複雜度都是中上。酒的酸度有點點氣泡的感覺，令酒的鮮爽感提升，酒在口中的果味一樣很集中，複雜性不及香氣，強度也是，如果室溫喝更會感到酒精感突出了點，所以不妨較低一點溫度喝。喝得很爽的一款酒。
This dry champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of lemon, floral, steel, mineral, apple and touch of peach. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red apple, honey, peach, steel and mineral. Fairly long lemony finish. (93) Ripe and rich fruit on palate.

CRISTAL近年的酒果味越來越趨向成熟果感似的，這酒亦不例外，攪到可以早喝一些，不知是不是一個好處。酒很可口，酸度比起已往的CRISTAL低了點，但亦醇了點。酒味的強度不及香氣，餘韻亦算長，不錯，亦很討好。

香氣複雜強勁，酒體工整，酒味在口中融和，餘韻亦長，這些全是好酒的表現。酒仍有一定的發長空間，但現在喝已經很不錯，比起上星期那一款同莊產品可以早點喝，酒味很集中，有一點穿透力似的，很誘人的酒品。
