Ch. Jun Sparkling Wine Sec

Medium lemon colour with over medium intensity aromas of lemon, pear, honey, mineral and touch of steel. Though it says it is sec but dry on palate. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of red apple, honey, cream soda, and trace of sawdust. Medium length with lemony finish. (90) interesting one, maybe even strange.....

表現有點怪怪的，雖然很多方面也是中規中矩。原先以為甜的，但入口並不甜，酒味的收尾有點木碎感。喝了甲州的酒幾次，感覺它們的酒果味偏向清爽，這酒也是一樣，不過多了一絲成熟果味，清爽的關係也令酒覺得有點淡，可能配清一點的食第會好一些。

2020 Ch. Jun Koshu

Medium lemon coloured with quite intense noses of honey, candied pear, lemon soda and touch of flower, young and fruity, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium flavours of pear, apple and lemon with barely medium length of pear juice finish. (89) Clean, clear and fruity.

清、爽、甜美果實，講完！真係講完。因為這酒十分清爽直接，完全像一枝毫不加工，直接由葡萄釀造出來的產品，生果酒似的，可以大大口喝的酒。這也是一個有趣的品飲經驗。

2019 Gris de Koshu 甲州

Medium lemon green coloured with quite intense noses of pear, lemon, white flower and trace of melon, it is dry with medium refreshing acidity, medium bodied and alcohol. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of pear, lime, honeysuckle and trace of melon. Barely over medium lenght with pear finish. (89) Straight and fresh, fruity wine with significant pear type flavour.

清新可口，爽爽的梨汁感覺。酒的香味及口味偏向清淡的水果感，以清香為主的。酒身比想像中厚，酒味在口中比香氣差了些，但仍算不錯，特別是配沙律類偏向少調味的食物。餘韻亦算合格，是一枝不錯的食物酒，但剩飲的話相信會淡了點。
