On palate it gives medium intensity flavorus of red plum, black cherry, tea, licorice and vanilla. Slightly longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (90)
Rather standard and straight forward village wine.

四四正正的,酒香強而果味重,亦有一定礦物感和香料感,酒體口感順滑,單寧成熟,很好的一款餐酒。但以這年份,這酒莊來說我覺得應可以再好一點。酒在口中表現也是清楚直接。不錯的酒,但別抱很高期望。

Medium lemon colour with quite pronounced noses of lemon, white flower, peach, amber, vanilla and touch of mineral and honey. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fairly long length of honey and musky finish. The flavoru intensity is quite intense too, with flavours of lemon, floral, musky, peach, vanilla spice, mineral and honey. (93) Wonderful complexity. Very enjoyable.

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense noses of lemon, cream, toasted nuts, chalk, white flower and touch of pear and honey. Quite acidic but soft, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, floral, cream and trace of butter. Close to long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

Medium lemon coloured with over medium intensity aromas of stewed apple, honey, ripe pear, vanilla and touch of beeswax, wet stone. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with creamy mousse. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of stewed apple, lemon, mineral, wet stone, vanilla. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish, (92) Good palate.

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, dried rose, smoke, vanilla and touch of cabbage, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium soft and ripe tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black berry, rose, dried strawberry and licorice. Longer than medium length with black berry finish. (89) Delicious and readily drinkable, good fruit but a bit hollow in mid palate.

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, honey, white floral, almond, wet stone and touch of amber. It has medium acidity but a bit sharp, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, honey, floral and touch of chalk and stone. Close to long length with lingering lemon and honey finish. (93)

Deep purple coloured with quite pronounced aromas of black plum, black cherry, black pepper, smoke, toast, dried black cherry, licorice and trace of mint. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Quite high tannin but ripe and fine grained. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, smoke, black tea, pepper and licorice spice. Close to long length black cherry finish. (94)
