2005 Gevrey Chambertin Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Fourrier

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, licorice, vanilla and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with ripe tannin at medium level. On palate it gives medium intensity flavorus of red plum, black cherry, tea, licorice and vanilla. Slightly longer than medium length with black cherry finish. (90)
Rather standard and straight forward village wine.

四四正正的，酒香強而果味重，亦有一定礦物感和香料感，酒體口感順滑，單寧成熟，很好的一款餐酒。但以這年份，這酒莊來說我覺得應可以再好一點。酒在口中表現也是清楚直接。不錯的酒，但別抱很高期望。

2001 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive

Medium lemon colour with quite pronounced noses of lemon, white flower, peach, amber, vanilla and touch of mineral and honey. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fairly long length of honey and musky finish. The flavoru intensity is quite intense too, with flavours of lemon, floral, musky, peach, vanilla spice, mineral and honey. (93) Wonderful complexity. Very enjoyable.

酒力強及香，複雜性亦高，不論在酒香和酒味也是一樣強烈。整體味道的組合有齊一枝靚酒的條件，好好飲。這個酒莊始終是我的最愛，酒現在可陳可飲，餘韻仍有一種誘人的成熟感，正。

2012 Meursault Clos des Boucheres, Domaine Roulot

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with quite intense noses of lemon, cream, toasted nuts, chalk, white flower and touch of pear and honey. Quite acidic but soft, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite intense flavours of honey, lemon, vanilla, floral, cream and trace of butter. Close to long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

另一個風格爽朗的梅索酒製造者，強勁的酒力，亦有一定複雜性，長長的餘韻，根本係一枝特級田酒的表現。層次分別，酒味豐富但又不令人感到很重口，好功力。讚。

2002 Henri Giraud Argonne Brut

Medium lemon coloured with over medium intensity aromas of stewed apple, honey, ripe pear, vanilla and touch of beeswax, wet stone. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with creamy mousse. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of stewed apple, lemon, mineral, wet stone, vanilla. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish, (92) Good palate.

精彩的是口感。酒的香氣給與你成熟但不失爽朗的感覺。但一入口才是戲肉。酒味一下攻過來。強力，與酒香味道一致，餘韻亦長，好味道。酒在口的表現比酒香更好，正。

2015 Bourgogne, Leroy

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, dried rose, smoke, vanilla and touch of cabbage, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium soft and ripe tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black berry, rose, dried strawberry and licorice. Longer than medium length with black berry finish. (89) Delicious and readily drinkable, good fruit but a bit hollow in mid palate.

[喂，幾好飲喎! ]，這句說話是我喝完第一口之後跟人說的。果味充足，有一定複雜性，口感也算順口，酒味在口中簡單了點，足夠的餘韻，飲得輕鬆愉快的。而且此酒仲可以放下，待那仍有丁點削的酸也走埋就仲正。

2015 Vosne Romanee, Domaine Philippe Pacalet

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with over medium intensity noses of rose, banana, bubblegum, strawberry candy, candied raspberry and hints of licorice, smoke and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and soft tannin. Quite intense flavours of red plum cherry, tea, mushroom, smoke, licorice, Medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

這莊的酒的花果味很濃很濃，甚至蓋過其他味道似的，酒的強度很高，亦有一定複雜性，很討人喜愛的酒，特別會吸引那些愛果之人。酒的口感豐滿順滑，好飲。只是餘韻略短了點，充滿果味口感的，不錯。

1996 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Eitenne Sauzet

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, honey, white floral, almond, wet stone and touch of amber. It has medium acidity but a bit sharp, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, honey, floral and touch of chalk and stone. Close to long length with lingering lemon and honey finish. (93)

酒整體表現很好，酒力強複雜性高，發展成熟，對我來說是酒剛剛到頂的狀態，餘韻悠長，柔柔弱弱但持續不退，好好味，會令人細味的酒。

2007 Meursault Clos des Ambres, Domaine Arnuad Ente

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white wine with pronounced aromas of lemon, toasted almond, butter, chalk, and touch of honey. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, floral, vanilla and chalk. Longer than medium length with lime finish. (92) Clean and crisp.

沒有一般梅索村酒的厚厚牛酒忌廉口感，換來的是較清爽口感的，但酒力及複雜性並沒有減少，有特色的酒品，餘韻也算長，好喝。 要讚的是味道組合由酒香的較重感轉為口中較多花果感，但要彈的是口中的複雜性又不及酒香好。整體是中上的酒品，好。

2004 Krug

Medium intensity lemon green coloured dry vintage champagne with quite intense noses of lemon, chalk, autolytic, white flower, ripe apple, wet stone and touch of steel. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Creamy mousse with over medium intensity flavours of lime, floral, wet stone, chalk, green apple and touch of steel. Fairly long length with lime finish. (93) Still young.

當很多2004年的香檳進入大勇狀態而又好飲的時候，這酒還向你說未到時候，酒味強度及複雜性俱佳，但仍有一定發展空間，餘韻長，泡沫豐厚，好味。酒在口的感覺較它的NV爽，相信仍要一些時間令這酒成熟一下。

1998 Penfolds Grange

Deep purple coloured with quite pronounced aromas of black plum, black cherry, black pepper, smoke, toast, dried black cherry, licorice and trace of mint. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Quite high tannin but ripe and fine grained. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, smoke, black tea, pepper and licorice spice. Close to long length black cherry finish. (94)

二十年仍然濃艷的酒，豐富、濃郁、酒力強，亦有一定複雜性和品種特色的黑胡椒味，再加上長長的餘韻，好酒一枝。酒的豐厚度是會令人有飽肚感，好好味。這樣的表現顯示出這酒還可陳放多一段長時間，現在飲已經幾好味，喜愛果味重的已經可以一試。
