1996 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Eitenne Sauzet

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, honey, white floral, almond, wet stone and touch of amber. It has medium acidity but a bit sharp, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, honey, floral and touch of chalk and stone. Close to long length with lingering lemon and honey finish. (93)

酒整體表現很好，酒力強複雜性高，發展成熟，對我來說是酒剛剛到頂的狀態，餘韻悠長，柔柔弱弱但持續不退，好好味，會令人細味的酒。

1999 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes, Domaine Eitenne Sauzet

Medium lemon green colour with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, peach, sugar cane, vanilla, almond with chalk and mineral, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of lemon, mineral, chalk, pear, almond and vanilla. Slightly longer than medium length with lime finish. (91)

酒香很好，發展亦成熟，複雜性也不錯。酒力強，只是在口中弱了點，餘韻也不錯，幾好飲，但應該要飲，再陳的話表現不會比現在好。

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, floral, vanilla, honey, touch of musk, toast and cream. Medium alcohol and close to full bodied. Barely medium acidity with quite long length of lemon and musky finish. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon, honey, floral and touch of toasted almond and musk. Well developed and sign of over-the-peak (92)

覺得這酒早一點飲會較好，主要原因是酸度下降了。酒的發展成熟，餘韻亦長。酒力及複雜性也一致地好，口感也豐滿順滑，只是酸度有點不足而令酒的鮮活性欠缺了點，整體是不錯的。

Slight higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, mineral, flint and almond. Long length with honey citrus finish. (94)

好好味的一枝白酒。酒香酒力也好好，餘韻又長。香氣亦有一點變化，複雜性比在口中出色。如果酒味在口中的複雜性再多一點就更好了，如果酒味有一點層次感就更加不得了。
