Medium lemon coloured with over medium intensity aromas of stewed apple, honey, ripe pear, vanilla and touch of beeswax, wet stone. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with creamy mousse. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of stewed apple, lemon, mineral, wet stone, vanilla. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish, (92) Good palate.

精彩的是口感。酒的香氣給與你成熟但不失爽朗的感覺。但一入口才是戲肉。酒味一下攻過來。強力，與酒香味道一致，餘韻亦長，好味道。酒在口的表現比酒香更好，正。

Henri Giraud Fut de Chene MV07 Brut Champagne

Medium intensity lemon green colour with pronounced aromas of green apple, lemon, yeast, bread, vanilla and touch of limestone, it is dry with quite high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, red apple, yeast, bread and touch of lactic acid. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. (92)

四正公整的一枝香檳。酒香強而有一定複雜性，酒味強度弱了點但仍貫徹著酒香，餘韻亦算長，酒亦展現了田土的一些特色，好飲，令人飲得舒服暢快的。不錯。
