2002 Billecart Salmon Cuvee Elisabeth Salmon Brut Rose Champagne

This dry champagne has medium intensity onion skin colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of strawberry, lime, chalk, green apple, limestone and steel. Quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red apple, strawberry,  and lemon, very fruity. Fairly long length with apple and lemon finish. (93) Fruity and good character, will improve with time.

 貫徹著這酒莊那清爽的性格,酒香有著生果盤的感覺,酸度足,但不算削。酒在口中的果味主導了整個品飲感受,餘韻長,好飲。相信多幾年會更好,但放太長的話我怕紅果味會有影響。
