2005 Vosne Romanee La Colombiere, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense aromas of rose perfume, black cherry, licorice, red plum, forest floor, vanilla, sawdust. Good depth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Soft and ripe medium tannin as well. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, plum, rose jam, licorice, vanilla and touch of menthol. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (93) Good development, complex yet elegant.

保持著這酒莊一貫的玫瑰香水感，果味及香料味並駕齊驅，發展得很好，複雜而又優雅，香味誘人。酒體柔順，酒味仍維持著其複雜性，餘韻亦長，好好飲，這表現應可繼續維持一段長時間。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of red plum jam, strawberry jam, rose jam, black cherry, earth, meat and trace of anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, earth, blackcurrant leaf, rose pedal and touch of earth and licorice. Over medium length with red cherry finish. (91)

仍有著強烈的醬果香，但不及16年的那麼強和那麼優雅，但以複雜性來說又高一點。酒味也算豐富，餘韻亦算長。酒當然也是早喝了，以發展角度看這酒比16年的更有潛力，值得期待。

2016 Vosne Romanee Le CLos Goillotte, Domaine Prieur Roch

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced aromas of jammy red plum, strawberry jam, rose perfume, wild cherry with touches of licorice, vanilla and wormwood. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, strawberry, rose and touch of licorice and wormwood. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Fruity and consistent

很香，味道很一致。開酒後濃烈的醬果感湧來，入口後醬果感消退，但果味仍一樣，餘韻算長，好喝。酒當然是早飲了，感覺有足夠潛質進化的。

1993 Ch. Latour

This dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of bell pepper, black cherry, licorice, black plum, vegetal and herbs. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is at medium level, soft but a touch of greenness. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice and trace of earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93) Good preservation of fruit.

 酒的強度很好，貫徹的強勁。即使廿幾年酒味仍保持著很好的果感，酒體醇滑餘韻長，好味道。複雜性並不像靚年的那樣複雜，但也算不錯，是輕鬆喝出來而感覺又舒服的好酒。

2012 Richebourg, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour and quite intense noses of red cherry, rose pedal, earth, vegetal and trace of graphite, quite primary. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, rose pedal, vegetal, floral and licorice. Long length with black cherry finish. (92) A bit lack of fruitness at the moment.

我知，早飲呀嘛。與其話這表現是殺嬰，我不如話枝酒瞓左。酒香雖強但很初步的感覺， 很多味道不太開放，是很強的不太開放味道，沒有太多果味，不會有果盤的感覺，更沒有花園的感覺。長長的餘韻訴說著它的高質素。等待它成熟時的表現，相信會是很好的。

2006 Chambertin, Domaine Pierre Damoy

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of black plum, black cherry, mint, smoke, mushroom, earth, licorice and trace of meat, quite earthy at the back. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black cherry, raspberry, licorice, vegetal and trace of smoke. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (92)

酒的香味不錯，感覺較重，整體酒力也強，口感較硬，可能是年份問題，酒在口中的複雜性不及酒香，但也不錯，餘韻亦合格有餘，幾好喝，是一款重口味一點的酒。再陳放一下應該會有些進步的。

2004 Salon

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced level aromas of lemon, ripe red apple, floral, mineral, cream and touch of peach and honey. Dry with quite high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, apple, mineral, chalk and touch of steel. Fairly long length with lemon finsih. (94) Delicate.

酒的味道複雜而且強烈，果香覆蓋範圍廣闊，口感豐富，酸度及酒味高度平衡 ，餘韻亦長，是一枝很好的作品，礦物味及果味也互相輝映，在口中表現精彩，很好喝，現在飲已經很好，再放一會可能更有發揮。

1999 Salon

This dry champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has quite intense noses of lemon, pear, mineral, steel and trace of honey and cream. Quite high and sharp acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, pear, steel, mineral and touch of cream. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (94) Clean and precise

較清爽的口感，酒力強烈，果味較偏向清淡的方向，礦物味較突出，餘韻亦算長，好喝。這酒的味道很清晰乾脆，層次分明，以這酸度來看還可陳放多一段時間，較喜歡酸削一點的人會很喜歡這酒的。

1990 Hermitage La Chapelle, Paul Jaboulet Aine

A deep purple dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black plum, black cherry, mineral, earth, blackcurrant, trace of smoke and pepper. It has medium acidity and alcohol, ripe tannin as well. On palate it gives intense flavours of black plum, black cherry, earth , licorice and dried herbs. Long length with black plum finish. (94?) Still young?

保持著濃濃黑色果實味道而又夾雜著品種中那標誌性的胡椒味，酒在口中平衡之餘而又把各方面表現好好融合，再加上長長的餘韻，相信任何人都覺這是一枝好酒。酒味似乎還可以再發展一點，我不會說早飲，但現在喝已經很好，相信這酒再陳會更有味道，但未必可以拍得住它夢幻的1978年。

Deep purple coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, blackcurrant, dates, smoke, licorice and trace of vegetal. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. Medium dusty tannin and medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, cherry, smoke, earth, licorice and damp wood. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (91)

重重的黑果味配上淡淡的香料，這酒的舊年份仍有一定活力。酒香強而複雜，酒味在口中力度不及酒香，但仍有一定複雜性，餘韻算長，幾好飲。
