這酒如果聞完之後因為酒香不強而放棄的話便是一個損失。酒香不強是事實,但複雜性很好。酒在口中味道平衡豐富,亦有一定鮮活性,礦物味亦足,餘韻算長,是一枝在口中表現比酒香還好的酒。讚。

This dry Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, mint, violet, blueberry jam and touch of licorice and earth. Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum, wild red berry, mint leaves, toast and touch of spice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Medium tannin as well with fine grained nature, a bit of greenness tho. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of red plum, rose, licorice and cabbage. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Good berry fruit flavour.

Deep ruby coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of dried red plum, candied redberry, rose jam touch of vanilla and earth, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Tannin is soft and ripe at medium level, together with a fairly long length. On palate it has over medium intensity flavour of red plum, tea leaves and rose pedal. (93). Maybe storage problem, weirdly a bit dull.

This champagne has medium intensity lemon green colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lime, stone, mineral, cream soda and touch of bread. Quite acidic, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high too, with flavours of lime, green apple, wet stone, mineral and touch of yeast. Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, red apple, honey, wet stone, mineral and cream. It is dry, quite high acidity and quite full bodied. Medium alcohol with creamy and mellow mouthfeel. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon, ripe apple, hazelnut, mineral and touch of caramel spice. Long length with nutty finish. This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, dusty earth, plum, licorice, violet and dried blueberry. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied and quite high ripe and fine grain tannin. The flavours contain blueberry, plum, warm brick, licorice and black tea, all about medium level. Fairly long length with blue berry finish. (94) Good fruit.
