2003 Ch. Gloria

This wine has opaque purple colour. On nose it gives subtle black fruit aroma but strong smoke and spice note. It has low to medium acidity and medium to full body. The tannin is not strong but also not soft. On palate, it has those black fruit flavour with a bit earthy, licorice and smoke which stay in my palate for quite a while. I think this wine may need further time to reach its peak but it is still nice at the moment. (90) (Tasted on 26 March 2009, reposted)
