2002 Ch. Lynch Bages

This wine has deep purple colour and heavy legs. On nose it gives fairly high intensity noses of blackberry, herbaceous, menthol, smoke and touch of earth and pine. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with fine-grained tannin at medium level too. The flavour intensity is at slightly higher than medium level. Blackcurrant, herbaceous, licorice and black plum. Barely over medium length with black cherry finish. (91)
