2011 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohole Riesling Beerenauslese

A medium lemon green coloured sweet wine with pronounced level aromas of lemon, honey, apricot, petroleum, peach and touch of steel. Very sweet with quite high spiky acidity, full bodied with lower than medium alcohol. On palate it has quite high flavours of lemon, dried apricot, peach, mineral and petroleum. Fairly long length with peach and honey finish. (92) Quite fresh.

甜品一樣的酒，甜酸平衡算好，餘韻長，果味濃郁，亦有其品種特色，很公整的。酒的力度算強，但酒的複雜度不算很高，假以時日再發展一下可能會多些複雜性，到時的酸度希望保持得到。現在飲作為甜酒很不錯，陳年之後可能有另一種感受的。

1985 Barolo, Poderi Luigi Einaudi

This dry red wine still has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of black plum, dried herb, black tea, licorice and touch of prune. Medium acidity with a trace of acetic nature, medium bodied and alcohol. Tannin is fine grained at medium level. The flavour intensity is quite high with flavours of black plum, dried berry, licorice and touch of mine. Slightly over medium length with black plum finish. (91)

 難得酒色和果味還那麼鮮活，酒的強度在口中比香氣強，但複雜性卻相反。餘韻算長，很不錯的酒。此酒的酸度帶有一點點削，但不礙品飲，整體不錯，但不太建議再作陳年了。

2012 Marc Hebrart Noces de Craie Blanc de Noirs Champagne

This champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, green apple, peach, yeast and touch of mineral. It is dry with over medium level acidity, a bit fuller than medium bodied with medium alcohol and creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has quite high intensity flavour of lemon, lime, wet stone, honey bread, together with fairly long honey lemon finish. (92)

 睇顏色很難看出是 BdN，只有在入口很發覺這酒較硬的結構才發覺這不像一般的香檳。不錯的酒香強度，有清爽感。入口後這酒的質素才顯現出來，酒力及複雜性在口中比酒香好，餘韻亦長，好飲，有點深藏不露的感覺，令人有點驚喜。

2005 Quintessence de Corton Charlemagne, Vincent Girardin

Medium lemon coloured with quite high intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, mineral, vanilla, wet stone and honey. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, white flower, mineral, peach and touch of hazelnut. Long length with honey and lemon finish. (93)

 是一枝較濃厚的 CORTON CHARLEMAGNE，年份亦加添了熟果感，令酒的口感變得圓潤。酒香及酒味都有一定強，複雜性及田土特性也在中上程度，是一枝出色的酒。酒在口中的成熟感較高，餘韻長，好飲。

2004 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux St Jacques, Domaine Denis Mortet

Deep ruby colour with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of black plum, dark earth, smoke, toasted herb, rose jam and touch of sandalwood. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level and fine grained in nature, a bit green though. On palate it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of black plum, rose, cabbage, mushroom, and touch of smoke and earth. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92)

這酒的香料味很出眾，酒香撲鼻誘人，餘韻算長。酒味在口中的強度下降了點，香料味亦少了，扣了些分，但以此年份能造成這樣的也要加些分。好飲。

2011 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine Francoise Andre

Medium lemon green colour with quite high noses of lemon, honey, mineral, vanilla, white flower and touch of almond and amber. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, honey, wet stone, white flower and touch of amber. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. (93) Clean, pure, good citrus fruit with mineral backbone.

 用清純來形容有點眨低了這酒的複雜性，酒的強度不錯，餘韻亦長，中上酒質的。這酒有酒力和複雜性之餘亦有一份清爽感，令我想起另一個酒莊的產品
Bonneau du Martray，好飲。

Macallan The Whisky Trail

A medium intensity copper coloured whisky with close to pronounced nose of honey, citrus peel, lemon, nutmeg, vanilla, apricot and touch of ginger. Water enahnces ginger and brings out tropical fruit note. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of lemon peel, honey, apricot, vanilla and ginger. Long length with honey and ginger finish. (92)

 酒香很好，加點點水亦有驚喜。酒在口中的醇厚感低了些，餘韻長而帶點複雜性，很不錯。只是酒味在口中的複雜性下降了些。整體來說仍貫徹著麥卡倫的風格，四四正正的。

2007 Musigny, Domaine Jacques-Frederic Mugnier

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it has close to pronounced level aromas of red plum, red berry, wild red cherry, damp wood, earth, mushroom and rain forest. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin, a touch of greenness is detected. On palate, it has quite high intensity flavours of wild strawberry, red plum, red cherry, cabbage, mushroom, and forest floor. Long length with red plum finish. (93)

 這酒的強度好，複雜性其實不錯，反映田土特色。單寧有一點微微的青，但以這酒的風格來看也好像不太礙事。酒味在口中跟酒香一致，但複雜感下降了點。餘韻長而吸引，好飲。這酒的風格路線似較輕盈，以這樣強的酒香很以為會有濃的口感，但這酒不會，反而是一種纖巧柔和，像細水長流的感覺，不強勁但有點如沐春風。酒質好，希望有機會試一枝較好年份的，但我相信並不是人人都喜歡這風格的酒。

1999 Richebourg, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of black plum, licorice, anise, black cherry, rose perfume, black tea. Medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with quite high ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of rose, red plum, licorice, earth, damp wood and British tea. Long red plum finish. (93)

DRC 那複雜的香氣十分誘人，酒的口感豐盈，餘韻長而果味足，令人回味。只是酒在口中的複雜感低了點，扣了些分，但仍是一枝十分出色的酒品。

1999 Gaja Sori Tildin

Deep ruby coloured with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, rose, mint, earth, berry, toasted licorice and anise. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Soft medium tannin with quite high intensity flavours of red plum, rose, earth, tar, black cherry. Long blackberry finish. (93)

這酒複雜性很好，酒力強，餘韻長，好飲的。值得一提的是這酒的果味在口中比酒香更濃更熟，但又不失田土特色，很不錯。這酒莊的單一葡萄園酒很少令人失望，值得再三回味。
