Medium lemon coloured dry champagne with medium noses of lemon, red apple, white flower, mineral and touch of honey. It has medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of lemon, honey and wet stone. Medium length with lemon and honey finish. (90) Straight forward, pure and clean.

在不尋求複雜性的情況下,這香檳是很不錯的選擇。花果味足、亦有礦物感。口感滿滿的,餘韻亦算合格。只是酒味比較簡單了一點,是一支喝得開心的香檳

2012 Marc Hebrart Noces de Craie Blanc de Noirs Champagne

This champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, green apple, peach, yeast and touch of mineral. It is dry with over medium level acidity, a bit fuller than medium bodied with medium alcohol and creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has quite high intensity flavour of lemon, lime, wet stone, honey bread, together with fairly long honey lemon finish. (92)

 睇顏色很難看出是 BdN,只有在入口很發覺這酒較硬的結構才發覺這不像一般的香檳。不錯的酒香強度,有清爽感。入口後這酒的質素才顯現出來,酒力及複雜性在口中比酒香好,餘韻亦長,好飲,有點深藏不露的感覺,令人有點驚喜。

Jacques Selosse Le Bout du Clos Ambonnay Extra Brut Champagne

A blanc de noir champagne with medium lemon colour and red tinge. It has medium intensity aromas of stewed apple, lemon, fresh pear, wild strawberry, steel , chalk and mineral. Higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of stewed apple, caramel, honey and yeast. Fairly long length with apple crumble finish. Good flavour intensity. (94)

這酒在口中的表現加分不少。酒的強度好,酒香亦很複雜,餘韻亦長,好酒一枝,酒味複雜性不及酒香,但強度好,可能是酒香的強度不及酒味的強度,所以有種強烈感。好飲的。

Jacques Selosse Sous Le Mont Mareuil-sur-Ay Extra Brut Champagne

A dry champagne with medium intensity lemon colour and red tinge. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of  steel, stewed apple, honey, peach, lemon, and touch of mineral. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with  slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of stewed apple, honey, lemon and touch of steel and peach. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. 很好的酒香,有點紅果感,似乎在提示這酒是黑中白似的。複雜性在口中弱了點,但仍維持著各方面的酒味,餘韻亦算長,好飲。

Jacques Selosse Le Cote Faron Ay Extra Brut Champagne

Medium lemon colour with red tinge, this champagne has quite high noses of red apple, honey bread, yeast, and touch of steel and caramel. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied too. The flavour intensity is higher than medium level with flavorurs of stewed apple, honey, caramel, lemon and touch of chalk. Longer than medium length with red apple and honey finish. (92)

黑中白的香檳有一種堅穩的架構。酒力強烈的,餘韻亦算長。酒的複雜性在酒香中較出色。酒亦顯示了一些木桶及舊酒特性,酒好飲,複雜性再強一些更好。

This dry champagne has medium lemon colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of floral, honey, apple pie, vanilla spice, nutty and touch of mineral. Quite high in acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of honey, stewed apple, lemon and touch of caramel. Longer than medium length with honey citrus finish (93)

酒的陳化感有點明顯突出,酒力強,酒香複雜性比酒味好,只是酒在口中的複雜性低了點,如果不喜歡舊酒感覺的朋 友可能會不太喜歡。

Jacques Selosse Les Carelles, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Extra Brut Champagne

A medium lemon coloured dry champagne with fairly high intensity aromas of red apple, honey, peach, touch of apple crumble, bread, lemon candy. Quite high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied with fairly long length and honey citrus finish. Flavours contain  honey, lemon, red apple, chalk and mineral, all at higher than medium intensity. (94)

這酒在各方面的平衡細緻,餘韻長,酒力足,複雜性亦算好。這酒即使有木桶影響下仍展示出田土的特色,做工方面十分出色,一枝可以感受到造酒功力的藝術品。

Medium lemon coloured with medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, green apple, fresh pear and touch of vanilla spice, it is dry with fairly high refreshing acidity, fuller than medium bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of green apple, honey, lime, cream and touch of steel and chalk. Longer than medium length with lime and honey finish. (92)

厚厚綿綿的香檳但又不失其酸度,這酒在這方面的平衡很不錯。酒的複雜性好,但酒力在口中比酒香強,有內斂感覺。餘韻算長,好飲。

Tarlant Cuvee Louis Champagne NV Extra Brut

A medium lemon coloured champagne with fairly high intensity aromas of red apple, honey, butter scone, ripe pear and touch of cane sugar and steel. Dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red apple, honey, cream and peach. Barely over medium length with honey bread finish. (91)

有一定舊酒成份的香檳,走豐厚路線。酒香不錯,拍得住上千元的香檳,酒味及餘韻才說給你知其真正水準。酒味在口中複雜性不及香氣,餘韻亦不太長,是一枝不錯的香檳,佐餐會很好。

Ulysse Collin Les Maillons Rose de Saignee Champagne Extra Brut

Fairly deep pink colour with medium intensity aromas of red cherry, red plum, strawberry jam and touch of apple, mineral and steel, a ton of red fruit. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy and fruity. On palate it gives slightly over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, plum, red apple and lemon. Medium length with red cherry finish. (91)

很少見到粉紅香檳的顏色那麼深,可能這已預告了這酒的紅果性格是何等鮮明。酒的紅色果實味很重,重得已接近有氣紅酒的感覺。果味很足,新鮮爽朗,大啖大啖飲之選,直接簡單飲得很開心的酒,不錯。

Ulysse Collin Les Maillons Rose de Saignee Champagne Extra Brut

Fairly deep pink colour with quite high intensity noses of red berry, rose and traces of citrus, mineral, banana and toast, quite fresh. It is dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied, creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high, with flavours of red cherry, yeast, raspberry, and touch of mineral. Medium length with raspberry finish. (91) Good red fruit.

這酒最值得欣賞的是它保持了很好的紅色果實感,而且感覺非常 新鮮。酒力亦頗強,複雜性也不錯,只是餘韻短了些。整體來說很可口的一款香檳,鮮、爽、充滿果味,令人飲得暢快。
