Jacques Selosse Sous Le Mont Mareuil-sur-Ay Extra Brut Champagne

A dry champagne with medium intensity lemon colour and red tinge. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of  steel, stewed apple, honey, peach, lemon, and touch of mineral. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with  slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of stewed apple, honey, lemon and touch of steel and peach. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. 很好的酒香,有點紅果感,似乎在提示這酒是黑中白似的。複雜性在口中弱了點,但仍維持著各方面的酒味,餘韻亦算長,好飲。

Jacques Selosse Lieux-dits Sous le Mont Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne NV

Medium lemon colour with red tint. The aromas contains lemon, strawberry leaf, honey bread, toast and red apple, all at fairly high intensity level. It is dry with quite high zesty acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, strawberry stalk, green apple, honey and toasted bread. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (93)

曚著眼也可能估到這酒是一枝BLANC DE NOIR,因為風格太出眾了 。酒香強,複雜性不太高但感覺很清純。酒的酸度、酒體與酒味平衡得很好,令酒的口感豐富,酒味頗一致,餘韻亦算長,很有風格而又好飲的香檳。
