2005 Ch. Gloria

This dry red Bordeaux has deep intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite intense aromas of black plum, blackcurrant, cedar, earth and mint. Clear and distinctive. Medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium tannin which signs of stalky is detected. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavours of black olive, bell pepper, cedar, licorice and cherry. Fairly long length with black olive finish. (90) Fruit fading on palate.......

有趣的。酒香很好，表現出一枝正常的好的波爾多酒。香氣分明，酒體豐厚，單寧有一點枝梗的感覺。酒入口後果味有些消散，香料味及有點陳年的感覺，餘韻亦算長，好喝，只是酒的果味在口中令人意外的消散了，奇怪。

Medium ruby colour with garnet rim. This dry red wine still has quite intense aromas of blackcurrant, bell pepper, vegetal and dried maple leaf, some earthy and cherry notes too. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with fine grained and soft medium tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of bell pepper, dried herbs, earth and touch of pine wood, quite leafy. Barely medium length with vegetal finish. (87) Over the peak but good development

老酒的靭性真係表露無遺。酒的花果感仍有，但是可以想像的退卻，只是比想像中仍保留得多。酒已醇化柔順，仍有一點點的強度，酒味在口中完全轉化至老酒感覺。喝得很舒服，不過餘韻有點散，四十幾年有這表現也是可喜的。

2005 Ch. Langoa Barton

Deep purple coloured with quite intense noses of blackcurrant, violet, mint, black cherry, cedar, plum. Good fruit. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The tannin is at medium level and soft in nature. The flavour intensity is over medium with flavours of blackcurrant, cherry, mint and trace of vanilla, licorice and toast. Medium length with cherry type finish. (90) Good fruit, nice table wine.

以佐餐來說這酒真的很好。中等而且足夠強度和複雜性，果味及香料味也很平衡，相信任何人也覺得是一枝四四正正的酒。而且也是一枝很正路的波爾多酒。好味道。這酒是半瓶裝，酒可能行得布點較快，有貨的要留意一下。

This dry red wine has deep purple colour with quite high intensity of blackcurrant, green bell pepper, violet, mint, licorice and touch of tobacco and cedar. It has medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is fine grained at medium level with over medium intensity flavours of blackcurrant, green bell pepper, licorice, cigar leaf. Fairly long length with blackcurrant finish. (92)

34年酒仍保持著這樣的濃度已經值得一讚。酒香強而發展成熟，有一定複雜性。酒的表現在口中保持一致，餘韻算長，好好飲。酒的表現相信已沒甚麼空間發展，現飲一流，正。

1982 Ch. Leoville Las Cases

This dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, bell pepper, black cherry, licorice, pine wood, forest floor and touch of graphite and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. Quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, licorice, vegetal and touch of smoke. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (92)

 三十多年的酒仍有很深的顏色。香味很強亦很複雜，表明了這酒有一定的質素。酒在口中仍有一定重量，單寧成熟，口感柔順。只是酒味在口中的複雜性減弱了不少，有點失望，可喜的是餘韻仍長，好喝的，但早多幾年可能仲好。酒明顯已過了頂，現在雖未至於開始下跌，但應不遠了。

Medium purple colour with quite pronounced aromas of blackcurrant, bell pepper, mushroom, mint leaf, earth and touch of licorice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with less than medium level tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of bell pepper, green cherry, vegetal and touch of damp wood. Slightly longer than medium length with green cherry finish. (83) Past its best

難得未死。酒一定過了適飲期。酒香仍有著一定強度和複雜性，可是在口中除了複雜性和強度下跌外，酒的口感頗鬆散，餘韻算不錯了。預計這酒表現會快速下降，快喝。

2004 Ch. Ducru Beaucaillou

Deep purple colour with fairly high intensity noses of blackcurrant, vegetal, black plum, toast, violet and touch of earth and mint. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quit full bodied with  medium fine grained tannin, touch of greenness is detected. The flavours, at slightly higher than medium intensity, contain black plum, blackcurrant, black berry, licorice, earth and touch of smoke. Medium length with black plum finish. (91)

酒香複雜性很好，足証這酒莊的水準穩定。酒力算強，酒味在口中果感十足，只是餘韻比較短了些，單寧有丁點青但影響不大 。整體來說是一枝可口的酒。誰說道姑是木桶水??
