1996 Salvioni Cerbaiola Brunello di Montalcino

Having deep ruby colour and quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, red plum, earth, black tea and touch of mint leave and licorice, this dry red wine has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium tannin but a bit green. The flavours has red cherry, tea leaves, licorice and earth, all at over medium intensity with longer than medium length and red cherry finish. (92) Just because of length, bit simple palate.

 不錯的香氣,算強亦複雜,酒的品種特性不錯,口感亦然,只是單寧有點青。酒味在口中簡單了點,可喜的是餘韻算長,加番D分,幾好飲的一枝BDM。
