2005 Ch. Margaux

A deep purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with pronounced noses of blackcurrant, violet, black plum, cherry jam, vanilla, licorice and cedar. Medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. On palate it gives intense flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, licorice, cedar and touch of sawdust, floral and earth. Close to long length with black cherry finish. (96) Ripe, good fruit and round, powerful blackcurrant attack too. Delicious

這支酒可以用和諧融洽來形容，而且酒力強勁、餘韻亦長、口感柔順，有一種渾然天成的感覺。酒進入適飲期，而且相信這段適飲期頗長。酒仍有一定發展潛力，現在飲果感十足，複雜性仍可以發展，是一次佳釀，令人不斷咁飲，好快飲鬼晒成支酒

 

2004 Dom Perignon P2

Medium lemon green coloured with pronounced noses of lemon, chalk, red apple, peach and touch of steel, Clean and delineating. It is dry with over medium intensity acidity, very refreshing. Medium alcohol and bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of lemon, apple, limestone, mineral and pear. Longer than medium length with lemon and mineral finish. (94)

好酒，條理分明，味道清澈、酒力強勁，在陳年感覺與鮮爽口感中平衡有致，喝得出酒的工藝，好好喝，是一支高水準的酒品。如果一定要彈的站可能是餘韻，希望可能長一點⋯⋯

2018 Corton, Les Charmeuses

Quite intense ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of rose, black plum, strawberry jam, earth and hints of smoke and mushroom. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied with medium tannin, a bit coarse tho. On palate it has over medium level intensity flavours of red plum, breakfast tea, earth, smoke and licorice. Medium length with plummy finish. (91) Strong but simple fruit.

三支之中以酒的強度來說，這支反而最強。香氣強勁，味道方面四四正正，但有點點嚡口，酒在口中的味道減弱了，餘韻合格，但以特級田來說是比較差了一點。複雜性也是差了一點，幾好飲，但不是一支特級田酒應有的表現。

2008 Clos de Vougeot, Les Charmeuses

Quite intense ruby coloured with fairly intense noses of rose pedal, strawberry, licorice, red cherry and touch of cabbage and mushroom, rather light. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin, a bit stalky too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of redcurrant, red berry, strawberry and rose pedal, touch of vanilla too. Medium length with redcurrant length. (91) Rather light and floral, interesting.

而這個葡萄來說，這一支算是較輕身的類別。酒香不錯，力度算強花果味亦很充足，但沒有太多香料味。這個味道組合一直維持到品飲完畢。整體來說，是花果味充足的一支酒，可能係這個緣故，令人感覺走的複雜性略欠了一點。酒味在口中的力度下降了，餘韻亦算合格，但不是特級園的表現，丹寧亦算強，但有點枝梗的感覺，但不太影響口感。整體表現中規中矩，合格有餘的酒品

2008 Charmes Chambertin, Les Charmeuses

Quite deep ruby coloured with medium intensity noses of ripe red plum, stewed berry, rose, earth, licorice, some sign of maturity too. It is dry with medium acidity, medium bodied and alcohol, medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of rose, strawberry, red plum skin, earth and touch of nutmeg. Medium length with red plum finish. (90) rather light and medicore.

一支似村酒的特級田，正正常常，所有方面都中中等等，只是複雜性比一般的村酒好。好處是即開即飲，表現一致⋯⋯死啦，我咁講係贊緊還是彈緊佢？

2015 Nuits Saint Georges, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard & Fils

Deep ruby coloured dry red burgundy with fairly intense aromas of rose perfume, red berry, strawberry candy, floral garden and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol with medium bodied and fine grained medium ripe tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose pedal, wild red cherry, licorice and touch of earth and mushroom. Medium length with red plum finish. From intense to subtle, need better intensity on palate. Goof floralness (90)

酒香很出眾，花果味都很好，又強又有一定複雜性。但是酒在口的強度下降了不少，味道亦由花果味變得以果味為主，餘韻合格，幾好喝，但係根據這個表現，亦不太像NSG，佐餐不錯，但我也不能說這就很有深度⋯⋯

 

2016 Ch. La Tour Carnet

Deep purple coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, mint, violet, cedar and touch of dried leaf and earthy, pretty complex. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Full bodied with medium ripe and fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, bell pepper and vanilla. Medium length with black cherry finish. (89) Strong nose but fading in palate.

香氣誇啦啦，入口之後酒味不論強度同複雜性都下跌了不少。餘韻合格，中中等等的一支酒，食飯喝很好，但係會感覺到佢有少少質素，但係不是很高質的⋯⋯

1990 Ch. Lafite Rothschild

A deep purple coloured dry red Bordeaux with quite intense noses of blackcurrant, bell pepper, pencil shaving, cedar and touch of graphite and blueberry. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of blueberry, black plum, licorice, bell pepper and earth. Close to long length with blueberry finish. (94）Wonderful performance, with this age.

二十幾年的酒友這樣的表現真的很神奇，酒的強度冇得頂。香氣及味道都顯得成熟複雜，亦有強度，大熟大勇的狀態。難得的是，酒在口中的果味仍然充盈，餘韻亦很長，好酒一支，似乎已在適飲期，而且相信它的識飲期很長⋯⋯

2006 Musigny, Domaine Joseph Drouhin

Quite deep intensity ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose garden, red plum, ripe strawberry, forest floor and spice box, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it has fairly intense flavours of red cherry, red tea, wild strawberry, rose pedal and licorice spice. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (93) Smooth and great nose.

酒香出色，係非常之出色，強而複雜，有深度，像在說故事似的。酒的強度一直延至口中，口感柔順餘韻算長，好喝，酒味由濃烈方向轉向陰柔，有一點變化，好酒一支，絕對係適合慢慢品嚐的美酒

2018 Trimbach Clos Ste Hune Riesling

A medium intensity lemon green colour dry Riesling with pronounced aromas of peach, apricot, honey, mineral, limestone and stewed pear. Over medium level acidity and mouthwatering nature, quite full bodied with medium alcohol level. On palate it give over medium intensity flavour of lemon, peach, apricot, wet stone and touch of steel and petrol. Fairly long length with juicy lemon finish. (93) Round and juicy, good minerality too.

始終係我最喜愛的Riesling酒莊，酒力強，複雜性高，品種特性明顯，酒比一般的Riesling豐富濃厚，餘韻亦長，好喝。單純品飲角度來說，這個酸度是高了點，但性質並不尖削，夏天喝一流，好酒，還可再陳年讓它的複雜性更好展現。

如果只準我喝一款Riesling，那一定會是這款
