仍有著強烈的醬果香,但不及16年的那麼強和那麼優雅,但以複雜性來說又高一點。酒味也算豐富,餘韻亦算長。酒當然也是早喝了,以發展角度看這酒比16年的更有潛力,值得期待。

很香,味道很一致。開酒後濃烈的醬果感湧來,入口後醬果感消退,但果味仍一樣,餘韻算長,好喝。酒當然是早飲了,感覺有足夠潛質進化的。

1993 Ch. Latour
This dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of bell pepper, black cherry, licorice, black plum, vegetal and herbs. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is at medium level, soft but a touch of greenness. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, licorice and trace of earth. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93) Good preservation of fruit.

酒的強度很好,貫徹的強勁。即使廿幾年酒味仍保持著很好的果感,酒體醇滑餘韻長,好味道。複雜性並不像靚年的那樣複雜,但也算不錯,是輕鬆喝出來而感覺又舒服的好酒。

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour and quite intense noses of red cherry, rose pedal, earth, vegetal and trace of graphite, quite primary. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of black cherry, rose pedal, vegetal, floral and licorice. Long length with black cherry finish. (92) A bit lack of fruitness at the moment.

我知,早飲呀嘛。與其話這表現是殺嬰,我不如話枝酒瞓左。酒香雖強但很初步的感覺, 很多味道不太開放,是很強的不太開放味道,沒有太多果味,不會有果盤的感覺,更沒有花園的感覺。長長的餘韻訴說著它的高質素。等待它成熟時的表現,相信會是很好的。

酒的香味不錯,感覺較重,整體酒力也強,口感較硬,可能是年份問題,酒在口中的複雜性不及酒香,但也不錯,餘韻亦合格有餘,幾好喝,是一款重口味一點的酒。再陳放一下應該會有些進步的。
