酒、尋、謎
前言
寫作原來是會令人上癮的。
上次的故事是一場由流感帶來的生日禮物,今次的故事則是由於自己想正經一點的寫一個故事。
今次的故事當然也是關於酒的,但是有著多方面的不同。上次的主要是說一些關於品酒方面的睇法,今次的故事則不太著重品酒的方法與技巧;上次的故事圍繞著法國一個地方,今次的故事所涉及的地方不只法國,而且還包括一些我相信很多人去過的旅遊熱點。由於這是一個帶著推理味道的小說,所以現在不能說這故事的主題,因為我希望讀者在閱讀時推理到我主要帶出關於酒的那方面主題。
故事的取材我相信比上一個故事廣泛,鋪排方面是透過現存的資料、文學藝術作品、各地的風土環境和歴史文化交織出來,希望除了一班酒徙之外,不喜歡飲酒的人也會覺得有點可讀性,特別是喜愛旅遊的人,希望這故事會給他們另類的體驗,待下次再去我提到的景點時,會對當地有另一層次的感受。
除了內容外,今次的故事連載的時間也會比上次長。原因之一是因為內容較豐富,故事亦較為複雜,另一個原因是有很多資料要作搜查收集,甚至要作一些研究,所以在刋載方面也不會像上一次那樣頻密,現暫定每星期一節,每節的篇幅長短不一。
故事內除了有我設下的謎題之外,我亦會提出一些與酒有關或無關的觀點和問題,也希望大家可以思考和交流一下。
希望大家喜歡這個故事。
最後,也是跟上一個故事一樣作一些聲明:故事內容純屬虛構,如有雷同實屬巧合。人物名稱等資料在現實中並没有參照任何人,特此註明。至於故事中一些人物及事件資料來源,將會在故事完結後一一介紹。

Quite deep ruby coloured with higher than medium intensity aromas of red plum, smoke, rose, licorice and touch of meat. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Quite high fine grained tannin with over medium intensity flavours of red plum, vegetal, licorice and black tea. Slightly longer than medium length with red plum finish. (92)

很重味的一枝CORTON,厚厚重重的。酒的香味強勁,複雜性也不錯,餘韻亦算長。整體是中上之酒品。單寧有點鞋口,酒味在口中弱了一點點。好味的。

2004 Musigny, Maison Joseph Drouhin
This dry red wine has quite deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has barely over medium intensity aromas of red cherry, mint, red plum , rose pedal, and touch of toast and licorice. Medium acidity, alcohol and barely over medium bodied. Quite high fine grain tannin with slightly over medium intensity flavours of rose, red plum, licorice and British tea. Longer than medium length with red plum finish. (93)

只聞香氣已經知這是一枝好酒,口中表現比香氣差,而且複雜性下降了。 餘韻長,好飲。這酒的其中一個亮點是沒有一般04年酒的青澀,但不太礙事。整體表現不錯,但以武神來說應該可以更好的。

1996 Gevrey Chambertin, Domaine Claude Dugat
A deep ruby wine with medium intensity noses of black plum, black cherry, cabbage, meat, licorice and toast. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of black plum, mushroom, licorice, vegetal, earth and toast. Slightly longer than medium length with black plum finish. (92)

這個是一枝很有田土特色的酒。盲飲也可以試出這酒的出處。以一枝村酒來說是出色的酒品。合適的香氣強度和複雜性,酒的表現在口中比香氣更好,餘韻亦算長。好飲的,但單寧仍待時間。

2002 Clos De Vougeot, Domaine Jean Grivot
This dry red wine has deep ruby coloured. On nose it has slightly higher than medium level aromas of red plum, wild cherry, pepper, licorice, vanilla and touch of nutmeg. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with quite high fine grained tannin. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity aromas of black cherry, rose, vegetal, smoke and earth. Longer than medium length with dried plum finish. (93) Concentrated and good nose.

1999 Echezeaux, Domaine des Perdrix
A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of red berry, violet, red plum, smoke, toast and spice box. Medium acidity and alcohol, quiet full bodied and quite high tannin but ripe. The flavour intensity is fairly high with flavours of rose, red plum, licorice and black tea. Fairly long length with plum finish. (93) Consistent and powerful throughout.

這個世界上,有風格輕柔的牙擦蘇,也有重口味的牙擦蘇,這枝應該屬於後者。酒香強而複雜,酒味亦然,餘韻長,好飲。酒的力度及表現由入口至嚥下也很一致,好味。

2006 Charmes Chambertin, Domaine Philippe Pacalet
Quite deep ruby coloured with medium intensity aromas of rose pedal, strawberry candy, red cherry, smoke, raspberry and spice. Quite fruity. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Medium bodied and fine grained tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of strawberry, rose, cherry jam, licorice and vanilla. Slightly over medium length with plum finish. (92)

這酒莊的濃厚果香風格在這酒上沒有顯現出來。反而帶有點輕巧感的。酒香複雜性中上,只是強度不夠強,餘韻也不錯。這葡萄園的酒品質變化很大,但也算一枝不錯的酒品。

2009 Corton Charlemagne, Patrick Javillier
Medium lemon green coloured with medium intensity noses of lemon, peach, honey, vanilla and mineral. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of lemon peel, floral, honey, pear, steel and vanilla. Slightly over medium length with lemon finish. (91) Clean and expressive.

09年的白布根地是否很出色? 現在差不多可以下定論了。酒已開始進入所謂的適飲期。酒的田土特色不錯,清爽明確。整體平衡感算高,餘韻亦算長,只是複雜性不太足。可口好飲的。

2003 Ch. Trotanoy
Deep ruby coloured with fairly high intensity aromas of black plum, mulberry, smoke, licorice and touch of earth and vegetal notes, it is dry with medium acidity, quite full bodied with medium alcohol, medium ripe smooth tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of black plum, smoke, earth, steel and touch of black tea. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92)

酒的熟果味很強,而且黑色果實味重,熟透的果,單寧熟且滑,口感很豐厚。酒在口中的礦物質感才顯現返出來。餘韻算長,這酒莊的03年造了一枝較肥大的酒,幾好飲,但不會感到優雅的。

2004 Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose
A dry rose champagne with medium onion skin colour. On nose it gives close to pronounced level aromas of strawberry, red apple, lime, chalk and touch of vanilla cream and pear. Quite acidic but mouthwatering, medium bodied and alcohol, creamy mouthfeel. The flavour intensity is at higher than medium level and the flavours contain strawberry, red apple, pear, mineral and touch of steel. Fairly long length with red apple finish. (93)

粉紅香檳的點點紅果有時是雙刃劍,好的話會令酒多一層鮮爽清香的紅色果實味,但不好的(例如放太久)便會有生鏽鐵的感覺。這酒是屬於好的一方,而且整體的平衡很好,特別是香氣方面,頗誘人的。酸度足,口感亦豐滿,餘韻亦長。如果酒的複雜性強多些就冇得頂了。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with pronounced noses of lemon, honey, vanilla, candied pear, white flower and touch of chalk and wet stone. Slightly over medium level of acidity and medium alcohol. Quite full bodied with over medium intensity flavours of honey, lime, white flower and touch of grass and mineral. Fairly long length with honey lemon finish. (94) Good minerality on palate.

礦物質感覺很好。好是好在這礦物質味是在口中後段才出來。酒的香氣好好,強而有一定複雜 性,酒體豐富餘韻亦算長。酒在口中仍有不錯表現,先果後礦物質的感覺分明,好味道,亦好好飲。

This is a deep ruby dry red wine with medium intensity aromas of raspberry, red plum, cabbage, toast, licorice, and rose pedal. The acidity and alcohol are at medium level, medium bodied as well. Barely over medium fine grained tannin and touch of greenness is detected. On palate it gives over medium flavours of plum, red cherry, rose pedal, licorice, cabbage and earth. Fairly long length with rose pedal finish. (91)
