A dry rose champagne with medium onion skin colour. On nose it gives close to pronounced level aromas of strawberry, red apple, lime, chalk and touch of vanilla cream and pear. Quite acidic but mouthwatering, medium bodied and alcohol, creamy mouthfeel. The flavour intensity is at higher than medium level and the flavours contain strawberry, red apple, pear, mineral and touch of steel. Fairly long length with red apple finish. (93)

粉紅香檳的點點紅果有時是雙刃劍,好的話會令酒多一層鮮爽清香的紅色果實味,但不好的(例如放太久)便會有生鏽鐵的感覺。這酒是屬於好的一方,而且整體的平衡很好,特別是香氣方面,頗誘人的。酸度足,口感亦豐滿,餘韻亦長。如果酒的複雜性強多些就冇得頂了。
