2004 Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose

A dry rose champagne with medium onion skin colour. On nose it gives close to pronounced level aromas of strawberry, red apple, lime, chalk and touch of vanilla cream and pear. Quite acidic but mouthwatering, medium bodied and alcohol, creamy mouthfeel. The flavour intensity is at higher than medium level and the flavours contain strawberry, red apple, pear, mineral and touch of steel. Fairly long length with red apple finish. (93)

粉紅香檳的點點紅果有時是雙刃劍，好的話會令酒多一層鮮爽清香的紅色果實味，但不好的(例如放太久)便會有生鏽鐵的感覺。這酒是屬於好的一方，而且整體的平衡很好，特別是香氣方面，頗誘人的。酸度足，口感亦豐滿，餘韻亦長。如果酒的複雜性強多些就冇得頂了。

2004 Bollinger La Grande Annee

Medium lemon green colour with close to pronounced level intensity aromas of ripe red apple, yeast, honey toast, peach jam and touch of chalk. It is dry with slightly over medium soft acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Fine bubbles and creamy mousse. Quite high flavour intensity with flavours of lemon, apple pie, yeast, together with touch of chalk and vanilla. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish. (93)

2004年的香檳好啱飲，仲好飲添。酒香強勁複雜， 果味與二次發酵的香氣共冶一爐，口感豐厚又不會膩，餘韻頗長。酒味在口中也有一定強烈，只是複雜性不及酒香那麼好。性價比很高的一款酒。酒仍可發展，但較喜歡果感的朋友現在飲已經很好了。喜愛多一點老酒特性的朋友可能須要陳多些時間。

Medium onion skin coloured with fairly pronounced aromas of strawberry, bread, citrus, autolysis, mineral, cream and red apple. It is dry with quite high refreshing acidity, no tannin and creamy mousse. Medium bodied and alcohol with tiny persistent bubbles. On palate it has higher than medium flavours of red cherry, lemon, red apple, bread and autolysis. Slightly longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Fresh but ready to drink

04年香檳現在已可以飲，仲幾好飲添。酒的香氣力度及複雜性皆不錯，酒在口中仍然有BOLLIINGER一貫的豐厚感之餘亦有新鮮的感覺，餘韻也算長，只是口中的複雜感比香氣遜色了點。

1996 Bollinger Grande Annee

This champagne has medium lemon green colour. On nose it give medium intensity aromas of yeast, lemon, ripe apple, vanilla and biscuit. Slightly fuller than medium body with medium zesty acidity. Medium alcohol and dry. The palate has touch of creamy notes and mousse. Fairly long length with honey citrus finish. (92)

一直都頗喜愛BOLLINGER較厚的酒體，這酒的酸度很好，不會有刮舌的感覺，餘韻亦吸引，雖則不是十分複雜，但可口得很。
