A medium ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced intensity aromas of red plum, earth, cabbage, cooked herb, black tea with touch of clove, caramel and farmyard. Barely medium acidity with medium alcohol and bodied. Medium fine-grained tannin with slightly over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, tangerine, earth, British tea and burned spice. Slightly over medium length with red cherry finish. (90)

 香氣發展已經完成,而且顯示到有點走下坡。如果早點飲應該會更能享受到酒的香氣,現在仍然強勁及複雜。酒在口中的酒味不論在力度及複雜性均較遜色。餘韻亦不算很長,口感尚算順滑,但有貨的應該飲了。

2006 Tokaji Aszueszencia, Alana Tokaj

A medium gold coloured sweet wine with quite pronounced noses of chrysanthemum, jackfruit, lemon peel, honey, peach and touch of grass. Quite high acidity and full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity flavours of honey, floral, lemon peel, and touch of grass and mineral. Fairly long length with honey and citrus peel finish. (93)

高於6桶的匈牙利甜酒果然好甜,幸好它的酸度很足夠,飲起來一點也不膩。酒香強烈複雜,餘韻長,只是酒味在口中的複雜性少了點,礦物感亦欠了點,但已是一枝很不錯的餐後甜酒了。

2003 Ch. d'Arche

This Sauternes possesses a medium gold colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of lemon, grass, honey, apricot, peach and touch of wet stone. Quite sweet with well-balanced zesty medium acidity. Full bodied and medium alcohol with fairly high intensity flavours of tangerine, honey, peach, citrus peel. Fairly long length with apricot and honey finish, touch of bitterness at the back. (90)

酒香幾強,有大量果香味,但好像少了點點蘇岱的花草味,礦物質感亦欠了點。甜酸平衡度算高,酒味複雜性差了點,亦是以果味為主,餘韻算長但吞嚥後有點點苦,整體不錯,有點似"吃"生果似的。

2000 Harlan Estate, Napa Valley

A deep purple dry red wine with pronounced noses of Ribena, black plum, black cherry jam, menthol, sweet spice and touch of mineral and earth. Over medium level of acidity and full bodied, with medium alcohol and fairly high soft ripe and fine tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of black cherry, plum, vegetal, cedar and sweet spice. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

2000年的酒,用殺嬰來形容好像有點誇張,但我真的有這種感覺。酒十分濃郁,不論酒香及酒味也是。開始時真像飲有酒精的利賓納。餘韻頗長,酒的複雜性似乎仍須一段時間發展似的,酒在口中展現一定深度,好酒,喜愛重口味的人會很喜歡這酒,但追求優雅及層次感的人會覺得這酒有所欠缺。

Fairly deep ruby colour with quite high intensity aromas of cabbage, rose, red cherry, spice, earth and touch of nutmeg. It is dry with medium acidity. Medium bodied with medium alcohol. The tannin is at medium level and fine-grained in nature. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, red berry, cabbage and vegetal notes. Just above medium length with red berry finish. (90)

只聞酒香時有一定期待,酒香強度不錯而有一定複雜性。口感亦算順滑。可是酒在口中的複雜性並沒有像酒香那麼好,餘韻亦算可以。以一枝不錯年份的牙刷鬚來說就好像差了點。雖則如此,這仍是一枝可口的酒。

2011 Meursault, Domaine & Selection Coche-Dury

This dry white wine has medium lemon in colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of oak, vanilla, roasted hazelnut, lemon with touch of floral and mineral. Medium acidity but a bit sharp in nature. Full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, vanilla, honey, butter, cream and mineral. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (93)

2011年的白布根地酒是不錯的,這枝亦然,亦太早飲了。酒味仍以木桶所帶出來為主,其他味道仍有待發展。但這酒也顯現了一定的質素。酒力強,複雜性現在仍未足,但有一定深度,將來的複雜性會有所增加。餘韻頗長,口感豐盈,各方面都表現出這酒的質素。現在酒的酸度削了點,給點時間會更好。現飲的話要給多一點時間透氣,好酒來的。

Medium lemon green colour with fairly pronounced aromas of bread, honey, lemon, cream, yeast, peach and red apple. .It is dry with slightly higher than medium acidity, fuller than medium bodied with medium alcohol. Creamy mousse and fine small persistent bubbles. Over medium intensity flavours of honey, red apple, bread, toast and peach on palate with medium length and honey lemon finish. (91)

公公整整的。2002年香檳來說這枝算可以早飲了。香氣複雜,亦有一定強度。酒在口中複雜性略遜,餘韻也算合格,現飲不錯,仍可陳年,可口的一款餐前的開胃酒。

Fairly deep ruby colour with quite high intensity aromas of red plum, rose, cabbage, damp earth, cooked spice and mushroom. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Barely medium plus bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of rose, red cherry, cabbage, mushroom and herbs. Slightly over medium length with red plum finish. (90)

酒香足,而且有一定複雜性。口感亦順滑,但酒味在口中簡單了點,力度也比酒香低了點,餘韻算不錯,可口的酒品。

This dry red wine still has deep purple colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of herbaceous, black plum, graphite, leather, smoke, damp earth and touch of licorice and cedar. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with medium soft tannin. The flavour intensity is at medium level. Black cherry, vegetal, bell pepper and touch of herbaceous. Longer than medium length with black cherry and vegetal finish. (92)

發展很不錯,亦頗成熟的一枝波爾多酒。酒香強烈亦複雜,口感亦柔順,酒味在勁度及複雜性均比酒香有所不及,餘韻算長及吸引,好飲。淨飲或佐餐也很合適。

Andre Clouet Champagne

A medium lemon coloured champagne with medium nose of honey bread, lemon, yeast, and touch of lactic acid and yogurt. Fine and persistent bubbles and creamy mousses. It is dry with fairly high acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Slightly over medium flavours of lime, bread, yogurt and touch of cream and honey. Medium length with lime finish. (90) Quite rich and creamy.

較豐厚的一款香檳,酒香及酒味適中,複雜性只可算合格,酸度足但不會令人覺得削,酒體算厚,令人口感充實,餘韻比想像短了點,可口的香檳。

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite high noses of red plum, cabbage, damp forest, wet earth, mushroom and licorice. Medium acidity and alcohol with medium soft tannin. Just fuller than medium bodied with slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of red cherry, red plum, vegetal and touch of licorice. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (91)

01年的酒仍做出一定的濃厚度。酒香及酒味的力度不錯,複雜性欠了點但酒的整體表現頗一致,口感亦順滑,餘韻亦算長,好飲的。

This dry red wine has barely deep ruby colour. On nose it gives over medium intensity aromas of red cherry, strawberry, cabbage, mineral, dried herd, and dried rose. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Tannin is at medium level with touch of greenness. Medium flavour intensity with flavours of red charry, strawberry, cabbage, vegetal and touch of dried herb. Medium length with red wild cherry finish. (90)

酒香與酒味頗一致,中中等等的,單寧有點點青澀的樣子。酒味在口中溶和一致,不錯的,但以GRAND CRU來說就有點不足了。

Fairly deep ruby coloured with quite high intensity aromas of strawberry, rose, cabbage, red plum and touch of mushroom and mint leaves. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Barely medium bodied with fine-grained tannin at barely medium level too. On palate it has medium flavours of vegetal, red wild berry, cabbage and red cherry. Slightly over medium length with red cherry finish. (89) Fresh and clean, bit simple palate.

香氣不錯但口感較簡單,有其本土的一種清幽感,入口也覺鮮爽,但我相信喜愛濃烈酒味的人會覺得此酒淡。餘韻以一枝村酒來說算合格了。
