2003 Corton Charlemagne, Domaine J. F. Coche-Dury

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, floral, wet stone, pineapple, flint, vanilla and almond. Medium acidity and alcohol, with fuller than medium body. On palate it has over medium level flavours of lime, chalk, apple, honey, toast and cream. Fairly long length with lemon finish. (93) Ripe and full, good terror.

年份對這酒的評價有一定影響。酒力很強，複雜性很足，果味很熟，甚至太熟。口感豐滿，餘韻亦長，好飲。值得一讚的是這酒的礦物感很豐富，會令人聯想出產地，田土特色表現得很好。但由於年份關係，酒的鮮活性有點不足，否則評價會更好。期待有天可以試一個靚年份的。

2011 Meursault, Domaine & Selection Coche-Dury

This dry white wine has medium lemon in colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of oak, vanilla, roasted hazelnut, lemon with touch of floral and mineral. Medium acidity but a bit sharp in nature. Full bodied with medium alcohol. On palate it gives fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, vanilla, honey, butter, cream and mineral. Fairly long length with nutty finish. (93)

2011年的白布根地酒是不錯的，這枝亦然，亦太早飲了。酒味仍以木桶所帶出來為主，其他味道仍有待發展。但這酒也顯現了一定的質素。酒力強，複雜性現在仍未足，但有一定深度，將來的複雜性會有所增加。餘韻頗長，口感豐盈，各方面都表現出這酒的質素。現在酒的酸度削了點，給點時間會更好。現飲的話要給多一點時間透氣，好酒來的。

2006 Meursault, Domaine J. F. Coche-Dury

This is a dry white wine with medium lemon green colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, musky, roasted walnut, sesame, white flower and smoke. Touch of mineral is also noted. The acidity is slightly higher than medium level with quite full bodied and medium alcohol. The flavour intensity and length are on high side, with flavours of honey, citrus, butter, walnut and lactic. Honey nutty finish. (91)

酒是頗豐厚的，現在飲仍須透氣一段時間。酒力及酒味算強，酒香開始時較為受木桶主導，透氣後吸引多了。酒味的複雜性反而有些不足，餘韻也不錯，幾好味。
