White wine with medium plus lemon in colour and significant legs. On
nose it gives hay, citrus, honey, white flower, and chalk aromas. It is
dry with medium alcohol. Quite high in acidity and quite full bodied.
Pronounced flavours of floral, lemon, chalk and honey. Medium length
with bitter lemon finish (90) (Tasted on 19 Nov 2011)
