2010 Vosne Romanee, Domaine Sylvain Cathiard

Quite deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, rose jam, anise, damped earth and touch of clove. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Ripe and soft medium tannin too. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red plum, rose, damped wood, clove and touch of strawberry tea. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. 以村酒來說是高班的，酒香及酒味也有一定的強度和複雜性。口感順滑，餘韻亦算不錯。好飲。這酒的香味範圍幾闊，所以很討好，不錯。

2005 Clos des Lambrays, Domaine des Lambrays

A deep ruby dry red wine with quite intense aromas of black cherry, mint, black plum, licorice, earth, rose and trace of sandalwood and strawberry. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with medium ripe and soft tannin. On palate it has quite intense flavours of black plum, black cherry, black tea, rose, licorice and earth. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (93)

這酒的評分假以時日應可再升。酒還可以放，但現在飲已經好好味。強勁的酒力，複雜有層次的酒香和酒味，餘韻亦長，好好的品飲享受。味道的方向偏重，花香味不太重，啱重口味的飲家。

2004 Griotte Chambertin, Domaine des Chezeaux

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of red plum, cherry, rose pedal, smoke, dust, strawberry jam and touch of tea and damp earth, quite complex. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and medium bodied. Medium tannin too but a bit green. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of rose, red berry, smoke and damped wood. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (91) Good nose

酒香很好很複雜，甚至可說很有誘惑性，但口中表現回歸到一枝普通的特級田的酒。餘韻尚算合格，酒味的複雜性也算合格，可口的，但聞好過飲很多。

2011 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby colour with over medium aromas of red plum, meat, black cherry, smoke, toasted herbs, bit heavy. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied. Tannin is at medium level but a bit coarse. On palate, it has quite intense flavours of black cherry, tea, smoke, earth and dried rose. Long length with black berry finish. (92) Quite heavy

這酒莊的酒近七八年真的越來越好，這酒比較濃重，重的意思是酒味的方向較重口，欠了些優雅，但很合重口味人仕，酒力及複雜性也不錯，難得的還有長長的餘韻。好味道，酒果然是食物的一種(一笑)。

1989 Echezeaux, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of red berry, licorice, smoke, dried rose, damp wood, earth and trace of vegetal notes, this dry red wine has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and soft in nature. On palate, it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, licorice, dried rose, damp wood, dried strawberry and touch of tea. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92)

近三十年的酒有這表現相信歸功於酒莊功力和雙瓶裝。酒力仍強，複雜性足，發展成熟，酒體柔順，餘韻亦長，是一枝發揮到盡的酒，但我相信如果早幾年飲我會更喜歡。酒很好，令人回味的。

2002 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Rene Regel

Quite deep ruby colour but a bit hazy, this dry red wine has quite intense aromas of rose pedal, red plum, cabbage, earth, anise and pinewood, nice spiciness. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red plum, red cherry, rose pedal, licorice and touch of damp wood. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92)

可口，有一種混然一體的感覺，口感豐富但不是來自豐厚的酒體，而是來自酒味複雜性，很好。餘韻亦在水準之上，加上酒香強勁、香料味足，是一個很好的品飲享受，正。可惜現在已經難找到了。

2008 Chevalier Montrachet, Domaine Jacques Prieur

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, wet stone, white flower and vanilla. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, floral, wet stone, vanilla. Close to long length with honey and mineral finish. (92) Too young to drink, good length.

太早喝了，酒香及酒味仍在初始階段，酒香不算強，但這酒是越飲越好味的，餘韻很好，酒在口中才展示出其質素，好酒來的，假以時日應該會更上一層，令人期待。

2009 Batard Montrachet, Domaine Michel Niellon

Medium lemon coloured with close to pronounced level aromas of lemon, vanilla, honey, amber, white flower and touch of butter and coconut, it is dry with slightly higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied, quite oily mouthfeel. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon, vanilla, honey, walnut and traces of floral and wet stone. Longer than medium length with lemon and honey finish. (92) Good minerality at the back, rich on nose too.

酒力很強，酒體豐滿但不會感到膩，酒的複雜性也不錯，好喝。餘韻再長一些就更正了。酒的感覺頗熟，但酸度卻充足，可以再放多上十年，現在飲很可口，相信陳放一下表現會更好。

2012 Nuits Saint Georges Aux Lavieres, Domaine Comte Liger-Belair

Quite deep in ruby colour with medium noses of rose perfume, red berry, plum, smoke, dust and strawberry candy, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium fine grained tannin too. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red cherry, rose, red plum, vegetal and trace of cabbage and tea. Medium length with red berry finish. (91)

若不是酒在口中的表現，我的評價可能會再低一點。酒香不算強，但有一定複雜性，餘韻合格但不算長。可是酒味在口中反而表現好一些，可口的酒品。

2013 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru V. V., Domaine Prieure Roch

This is a dry red wine with deep ruby colour. On nose it has quite pronounced aromas of meat, rose, black plum, earth, smoke and blackberry. Medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin, a bit green tho. On palate it has quite intense flavours of red plum, licorice, rose jam, smoke and hints of meat and redcherry jam, Long length with red plum finish. (93) Full and intense, like chewing a wine.

另一個濃濃風格的酒，酒力強、複雜性不俗，更有長長的餘韻，好酒一枝。可能是年份問題，酒的口感有一丁點青，但不太礙事。好飲，酒體豐厚，在口中酒味融合，好像一舊食物似的，令人想用口"趙"落去。飲得很開心的。
