2009 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses, Domaine Bertheau

This is a dry red burgundy with quite deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced intensity aromas of red berry, wild strawberry, forest floor, wet earth, pine, mushroom, rose pedal and touch of plum, very floral. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, tea, strawberry, green plum, rose and touch of vegetal. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (93) A nice Chambolle, very floral and wild fruit, soft and elegant.

相信很多人如果在盲飲的話也喝得出這是 Chambolle 的酒。這酒的味道結構傾向花香及野生果實，亦有田土特色，個性突出，酒的強度中上，複雜性亦然。餘𩐳亦長，是一支很好喝的愛侶田，希望多點人做這一類風格的，不要次次都把酒味弄至醬果的感覺⋯⋯

2004 Bonnes Mares, Domaine Bertheau

A medium ruby coloured dry red wine with pronounced noses of wild red berry, plum, rose, mint and damp earth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and medium bodied. Medium tannin but a bit green with quite high flavour intensity. The flavours contain red plum, wild cherry, rose, cabbage and touch of earth and mushroom. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) A bit green tannin.

 這酒莊的表現很不錯，相對其他酒莊，以價值論算抵。酒香很強及有一定複雜性。酒味亦貫徹到。餘韻算長，好飲。只是可能年份關係，酒的單寧有點點青澀。整體來說是一枝很不錯的酒。

Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. The flavour intensity is higher than medium level. red cherry, vegetal, cabbage, forest floor, rose. Elegant and delicate mouthfeel with long red cherry finish. (94)

好酒一枝。酒香清幽而強烈，有一定複雜性。酒味的複雜性只比酒香差一點點，餘韻長而吸引，酒給人一種優雅及輕柔感，亦反映到田土風格。以2009年來說是欠了一點濃烈的果味，但這酒會令人一再回味的。

With medium acidity and alcohol, this dry red wine possesses fairly deep ruby coloured and quite high intensity aromas of red berry, red plum, rose jam, cabbage, clove and touch of anise and wormwood. Slightly fuller than medium bodied and soft fine-grained tannin, together with a medium red cherry length. Close to pronounced flavours of red plum, cabbage, clove and touch of earth. (92) Lack of length

唔知點解，這酒的酒味濃烈但餘韻居然散得頗快。酒香不錯，強度及複雜性皆足，酒味的複雜性也不錯，係餘韻令人有點失望。
