2002 Ch. Pape Clement

Deep purple coloured with quite intense aromas of black plum jam, blackcurrant, menthol, earth, and touch of warm brick. Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and full bodied. Fairly high tannin but ripe with quite intense flavours of black cherry, plum, licorice, earth, tea, and touch of mushroom. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93) Still rich and jammy.

19年的酒，還很濃很醬果的。酒的強度不錯，亦有一定複雜性和像是標誌性的風味，酒的風格仍是大大舊，現在飲已經很不錯，但還可陳年一段時間，是一枝可佐餐或剩飲的酒。這表現也指出2002年的波爾多也不是一個差的年份。
