2003 Dom Perignon Rose

Medium intensity onion skin coloured dry champagne with fairly high intensity aromas of raspberry, strawberry, rose, mineral, and touch of honey bread. Quite high mouthwatering acidity, medium bodied and medium alcohol, creamy mousse. The flavour intensity is quite high too with flavours of rose, raspberry and touch of citrus and bread. Barely longer than medium length with raspberry finish. (91)

這粉紅香檳的紅果味很出眾,甚至可以說主導了整枝酒的味度。酸度足,口感相對同牌子不同年份的豐厚。酒在口中複雜性大降,簡單了點,餘韻合格。不錯的香檳,但不算很出色。
