2000 Ch. Pavie Decesse

A deep ruby St. Emilion with quite high intensity aromas of black plum, blackberry, violet, licorice and touch of mint and dark chocolate. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with fine grained tannin. On palate it has slightly higher than medium flavours of black cherry, licoirce and herbaceous. Fairly long length with blackberry finish. (91) Good typicity, rather subtle complexity on palate.

酒香頗出色的,亦令人輕易試出酒的產地,酒力強,餘韻亦長,說明了這酒有一定的質素。可是酒在口中的複雜性跟酒香有頗大的落差,但仍是一枝不錯的酒品。
