酒香很誘人,令人覺得像正牌一樣,可是入口後便原形畢露。雖則咁講,也不是說酒在口的表現很差,只是複雜性及酒力均下降了,餘韻也不錯,佐餐會幾好的。

A fair deep ruby colour with medium noses of red plum, cherry, cabbage, rose, strawberry and touch of smoke and forest floor, quite fruity. It is dry, medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with barely medium tannin and soft mouthfeel. On palate it has slightly over medium flavour of red cherry, cabbage, forest floor and licorice. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91) Soft and good palate.

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with ruby rim. It has quite high intensity aromas of bell pepper, vegetal, menthol, mushroom, earth , black cherry, and touch of smoke and licorice. It is dry with less than medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. Tannin is fine grained at barely medium level. On palate, it gives medium intensity black plum, vegetal, bell pepper and licorice. This sweet fortified wine has deep brown colour with haziness. The aromas contain caramel, raisin, plum jam, apricot, honey and touch of orange and chalk, all at quite high intensity level. Lowly fortified and medium acidity, full bodied and viscous. On palate it has higher than medium flavours of caramel, apricot, raisin, and touch of orange, honey and coffee. Medium length with raisin syrup finish. (92) Lack of length.

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, violet, earth, licorice, smoke, damp wood and touch of graphite. This is a medium gold coloured single malt. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of malt, smoke, iodine, and touch of citrus peel, honey, vanilla and coconut. Water enhances its floral note. It is dry with medium acidity. Medium integrated alcohol with fuller than medium bodied. The flavours contain malt, citrus peel, vanilla and touch of tropical fruit, at slightly higher than medium level. Quite long length with caramel malty finish. (92)

這酒莊的酒試過多款不同的。整體來說做得很不錯,有一定複雜性,尤其是香氣,餘韻也不錯,風格有點點粗獷,酒精感突出了點點,但也是很可口的酒,喜愛較重口味的會更喜歡。

This Sauternes has medium intensity gold colour. On nose it has barely over medium intensity aromas of citrus, honey, apricot, orange marmalade with touch of grass, guava and mineral. It is sweet with medium acidity, almost full bodied and slightly higher than medium flavour intensity. Flavours contain grass, apricot, honey, lemon candy and touch of stone. Longer than medium length with honey citrus finish. (90)

酒香不錯,既複雜、又反映到田地及品種特色。酒味複雜性仍維持到,力度一致。餘韻以甜酒來說也是合格有餘。可是酸度有點不足以平衡酒的甜度,所以多喝會有點膩。
