2008 Nuits Saint-George 1er Les Saint-George, Domaine Robert Chevillon

Deep ruby with fairly high intensity aromas of rose, red plum jam, licorice, wild red cherry and touch of cabbage, earth and meat. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied and medium fine-grained tannin. On palate, it gives slightly over medium flavours of red cherry, rose tea, red plum, cabbage and touch of spice. Barely longer than medium length with rose finish. (91) Alcohol slightly sticks out.

 這酒莊的酒試過多款不同的。整體來說做得很不錯，有一定複雜性，尤其是香氣，餘韻也不錯，風格有點點粗獷，酒精感突出了點點，但也是很可口的酒，喜愛較重口味的會更喜歡。

2008 Nuits St. Georges Les Bousselots, Domaine Robert Chevillon

This wine possesses a deep ruby colour. On nose it has higher than medium intensity aromas of cabbage, red plum, earth, British tea, dried herb, licorice and rose jam. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, together with medium fine grained tannin. On palate, it has fairly high intensity flavours of cherry, rose, earth and dried herb. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. (91)

酒香很不錯的一枝酒，有一定複雜性及力度。但酒味的複雜性差了點，雖則仍維持一定力度，餘韻也不錯，好飲。

2008 Nuits St. Georges Les Roncieres, Domaine Robert Chevillon

A fairly deep ruby colour dry red wine with medium noses of cabbage, rose jam, red cherry, licorice and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, licorice and touch of wet leaves and damp forest. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (91)

再一次証明NSG的酒不是差的。在複雜性上不算十分複雜，但酒在口中表現比香氣更好，不論在力度及複雜性皆是，餘韻亦長。幾好飲。
