This old cognac has medium copper colour. On nose it has almost pronounced aromas of raisin, apricot, jasmine, orange peel and touch of chalk. Water enhances its floral aroma. Off dry with medium acidity, medium integrated alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives slightly over medium flavours of citrus peel, prune, touch of caramel, raisin and jasmine. Longer than medium length with prune finish. (91)

這些舊酒真的拍得住現今的XO級數。酒的陳年感充分,比起一些現在的普通XO更有過之而無不及。只是原酒的複雜感可能有點不足,所以整體的複雜性差了點點,但仍有頗強的酒香和複雜性,餘韻亦合格有餘,已經不錯了。

This Cognac has medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of raisin, jasmine, citrus peel, caramel and touch of vanilla and honey. Water enhances its floral note and adds some tropical characters. It is dry with medium acidity, smooth medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of tannin is detected with slightly over medium intensity flavours of prune, raisin, honey, orange peel and touch of vanilla and nuts. Long length with honey and prune finish. (94)

colour of this XO is medium amber. It has quite pronounced nose of
caramel, cheese, prune, violet, with notes of apricot and earth, showing
very aged maturation. With water, it enhances its floral note. Dry with
integrated alcohol, slight warmness on throat. Medium flavour intensity
and quite full bodied. Floral, raisin, orange peel, violet with note of

This spirit has medium gold colour and heavy legs. On nose it gives
pronounced pineapple, lemon candy, jasmine, caramel and vanilla. With
water the jasmine and citrus peels aromas are enhanced. It is dry with
medium integrated alcohol and slight wood tannin. Medium plus bodied and
quite high flavour intensity. Very mellow mouthfeel. Lemon, tropical
fruit, vanilla, and jasmine. Fairly long length with lemon candy finish
(93) Good development and mellow. Quite complex but not much rancio
characters.
