1995 Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru Les Saint George, Domaine Laurent

This is a deep ruby dry red wine with medium intensity aromas of raspberry, red plum, cabbage, toast, licorice, and rose pedal. The acidity and alcohol are at medium level, medium bodied as well. Barely over medium fine grained tannin and touch of greenness is detected.  On palate it gives over medium flavours of plum, red cherry, rose pedal, licorice, cabbage and earth. Fairly long length with rose pedal finish. (91)

這酒的複雜性不錯，只是酒香強度較在口中弱。田土特性也不錯，單寧有一點點青，但不大礙。餘韻亦算長。這酒在口中表現比聞酒香好，幾好飲。

2007 Latricieres Chambertin, Domaine Dominique Laurent

This dry red wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose, red plum, ripe strawberry and touch of smoke, earth and cabbage. Medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with medium fine grain tannin but touch of greenness. On palate it gives slightly over medium flavours of red cherry, strawberry, tea, touch of cabbage and vegetal notes.  Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91)

酒香強度一般但仍有一定複雜性，酒味在口中以果味為主，單寧有點點青澀。 有點驚喜的餘韻，頗吸引的。整體也是可口的酒品。

2004 Grands Echezeaux, Domaine Laurent

A deep ruby wine with over medium intensity aromas of cabbage, red plum, mushroom, smoke and damp earth. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied with above medium soft tannin. On palate, it gives over medium level of rose, damp earth, mushroom, plum with trace of smoke. Fairly long length with plummy finish. (91)

2004年的酒發展已頗成熟，有一定複雜性，層次分明，單寧亦算柔順，整體好飲的一枝酒，各方面表現不俗，亦沒有一方面非常突出。
