2000 Ch. La Conseillante

This dry red wine has deep purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, mineral, violet, mint, licorice and hints of blueberry, chocolate and smoke. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine grained and ripe tannin. The flavours are consistent with the aromas with more damp earth and smoky notes. Fairly long length with black cherry finish. (93)

這酒莊令人驚嘆的是他不論任何年份也能造出可口的酒。強而複雜的酒香，由入口到吞也維持一致的酒味，悠長的餘韻，令任何人也覺得不錯，想導人深陷酒海不二之選。好飲，亦會令人飲不停的酒。

1990 Ch. La Conseillante

Barely deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of black plum, damp earth, mineral, lavender and sweet spice. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is ripe and soft. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, earth, licorice and mineral. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (94)

酒香複雜強烈，口感柔滑豐厚，餘韻長，大熟大勇，好好飲。即使對酒認識不深的也會喝出這酒的質素。酒亦展現到一些田土特色。這酒莊的好處是會令人易於品飲，有陳年能力之餘亦可以早飲，好味。

1999 Ch. La Conseillante

Deep purple colour with quite high intensity aromas of black cherry, graphite, vegetal, licorice, violet, earth and toasted herb, this dry red wine has medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied and quite high ripe and fine grained tannin. The palate has flavours of blue cherry, bell pepper, vegetal, licorice and dried herb, all above medium intensity level. Fairly long length too, with blueberry finish. (91)

熟透了的酒，發展出層層複主雜的香氣，這酒清楚說明品種特色，但以這區來說好像欠了點礦物味，酒好飲，香氣比酒味出色，不錯。

1976 Ch. La Conseillante

Fairly  deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of vegetal, black cherry, licorice and touch of earth, tea and lavender. It is dry with lower than medium acidity, barely medium alcohol and medium bodied. Soft tannin at lower than medium level. On palate it has slightly higher than medium flavours of blueberry, vegetal, licorice, tea and dried herb. Barely longer than medium length with berry finish. (87)

老酒一枝，酒的架構已變鬆散了，酒味仍有但正在下降 中，但仍可飲用的。38年酒仲有這表現其實是合格有餘的了。

On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of black plum, vegetal, cedar, black cherry, violet, lavender and touch of earth, mint, and smoke. Medium level of acidity and alcohol, with slightly fuller than medium bodied and fine grained tannin. On palate, it has slightly over medium intensity flavours of vegetal, cedar, smoke and violet. Fairly long length with plummy finish. (94)

酒的香氣非常出色，複雜強勁而有層次，剩係聞酒香的話可以拍得住頂級佳釀。酒在口中的力度弱了點，複雜性低了點，層次感亦差不多沒了，餘韻也不錯。這些可能就是與頂級佳釀的分別吧。但總的來說是很不錯的酒。與朋友一路飲一路談天說地的話，這酒是非常合適的。
