This is a deep purple coloured dry red wine. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, black plum, prune, dried fig, violet, smoke and touch of graphite, damped earth and mint. Medium acidity, alcohol and full bodied. The tannin is soft and ripe at medium level. Quite high intensity flavours of black cherry, black plum, vegetal, mint leaf, blackcurrant, licorice and touch of earth and smoke. Fairly long length with black berry finish. (94)

這酒的複雜性很好,令人有點深淵的感覺,好像深不見底的。相對酒香,酒味的複雜性下降了。餘韻亦長,好飲。幾年前飲過一次,今次展現了發展後的質素,進步了不少,還可多放幾年,相信會更好。

Deep purple colour with medium plus aromas of blackcurrant, earthy,
black plum, clove, smoke, toast and cedar notes. It is dry with medium
plus acidity. Medium plus tannin which is soft and fine grained in
nature. Full bodied and medium alcohol. Medium plus intensity flavours
of blackcurrant, black plum, smoke, vanilla and toast. Medium plus
length with black plumy finish. Too young to drink. (92)
