Quite deep intensity ruby colour with pronounced level aromas of rose pedal, wet earth, mushroom, clove, raspberry, and wild flower, this dry red wine has over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, cherry tea, mushroom and touch of licorice spice. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium tannin and slightly over medium length. Wild cherry finish. (91) Very fruity.

保持著這酒莊一貫的特色,就是充滿生果的感覺,特別是這果味豐滿的09年。果香及果味濃厚到差不多蓋過其他味道。餘韻不錯,好飲的,喜歡果味爆爆的會很喜歡。

2009 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Bel-Air, Philippe Pacalet
Quite deep ruby coloured, this wine has slightly higher than medium aromas of strawberry candy, ripe plum, and rose jam, very fruity. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine tannin. The flavours are at slightly higher than medium level, red cherry jam, rose jam, plum and touch of cranberry and earth. Fairly long length with red cherry jam finish. (90) Jammy fruit.
