2009 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Bel-Air, Philippe Pacalet

Quite deep ruby coloured, this wine has slightly higher than medium aromas of strawberry candy, ripe plum, and rose jam, very fruity. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium ripe and fine tannin. The flavours are at slightly higher than medium level, red cherry jam, rose jam, plum and touch of cranberry and earth. Fairly long length with red cherry jam finish. (90) Jammy fruit.

09年的布根地紅酒現在飲仍充滿著濃濃的醬果味,特別是這酒莊的產品。果味十分濃,但複雜性略嫌低了點點,希望時間可以有所幫助。酒的粹取物不錯,有潛力發展,可以陳放多一會,不錯的酒。
