2009 Ruchottes Chambertin, Domaine Philippe Pacalet

Deep ruby coloured with quite high noses of candied strawberry, raspberry jam, rose jam, spice box, licorice and touch of cabbage and earth, it is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Fine grained medium tannin too. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of rose jam, red plum, strawberry jam, and licorice. Fairly long length with red plum tea finish. (92) Jammy, jammy, jammy, will improve with time.

杰撻撻的醬果味，所有花果香氣都濃郁得很。當然，比些時間會有更多發展是一定的。但這酒莊的風格相信唔會出現到較幽香的感覺。酒的質素可在餘韻體會到，很不錯，令人值得期待。
