A deep ruby coloured dry red Burgundy with medium intensity aromas of black plum, earth, mushroom, rose jam, smoke and cabbage. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of black berry jam, rose perfume, sweet vanilla and cedar. Longer than medium length with black cherry jam finish. (91) Ripe, concentrated and full.

質素高,不過其實口味幾重。強度很好,餘韻以村酒水平來說是出色的。酒味濃郁、單寧成熟,可以作長期一點的陳年,現在喝要透氣很久,但係有回報的。
