2016 Craggy Range Te Kahu Hawkes Bay Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with quite intense noses of black berry, plum, blueberry, cedar, black pepper, sweet vanilla and trace of blackcurrant. Medium acidity and alcohol, medium bodied with a little bit stalky tannin at medium level. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of black cherry, bell pepper, cedar, licorice and some earthy notes. Medium length with black berry finish. (89) A good food wine with lighter than expected.

試過這酒莊的白酒後試紅酒。香氣頗強，而且複雜，第一印象幾好。入口後表現反而平平，表現四正平穩，仍有一點複雜性，但強度下跌了，餘韻合格。很好的餐酒。

2020 Crozes Hermitage, E. Guigal

 This dry red Rhone wine has deep ruby colour with some purple tint. On nose it has closed to pronounced level aromas of black plum, black pepper, smoke, black cherry jam, anise and sweet spices. Medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of black berry jam, black plum, warm earth and trace of sweet vanilla. Medium length wtih black berry finish. (90) Intense nose but fading quick. Juicy palate.

香氣不錯，有一定強度，複雜性方面也不錯，表現平穩，餘韻適中，是屬於高水平的餐酒，佐餐好，但獨酌就欠了一點餘韻。

2016 Vosne Romanee 1er Cru Les Malconsorts, Domaine Francois Lamarche

Deep ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose, red plum,  strawberry jam, dried red berry, smoke and trace of sweet spices, it is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, full bodied with medium soft and ripe tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red berry, cherr jam, rose garden and trace of mushroom and British tea. Longer than medium length with red berry finish. (92) good nose, a bit lighter on palate, round and smooth

依然的強烈複雜，酒的口感比上次柔順了點。酒亦有一點發展。依舊好喝。但酒味在口中發展似乎快了點，影響了一點陳年能力的判斷。現在喝很不錯，多放兩三年也可⋯⋯

2013 Vosne-Romanee 1er Aux Reignots, Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair

This wine has deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of rose perfume, red strawberry, red berry, licorice, forest floor and touch of anise. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with soft medium tannin, a bit stalky is noted. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of rose, strawberry jam, licorice, damped wood and red plum. Slightly longer than medium length with rose pedal finish. (91) Very aromatic but a bit weak on palate

高度複雜，像一本厚厚的書，不過有啲似舊書。酒的強度不算突出，但美好的複雜性蓋過一切，餘韻合格有餘，幾好喝，慢慢嗒一流。

2009 Clos Vougeot, Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair

This dry wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it has pronounced level aromas of red plum, strawberry jam, clove and touch of meat and damped earth. Medium acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. The tannin is at medium level and soft and ripe in nature. On palate, it gives over medium intensity flavours of dried rose, meat, strawberry jam, black plum and earth. Fairly long length with plum finish. (92) Intense and strong.

強勁有力的一支好酒。香氣出眾，強度明顯，餘韻亦算長。此酒的複雜性中上，而且很一致，喝得很清楚明白。口感算厚，單寧柔順，好喝，不過我相信再陳年也不會有大變化了。

2022 Domaine Alice et Olivier de Moor Bourgogne Aligote

Medium intensity lemon coloured with quite intense noses of lemon, white flower, grass, mineral, and apple. It is dry with quite high in acidity, full bodied and medium alcohol. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, red apple, grass, and wet stone. Medium length with lemony finish. (90) Surprisingly ripe and round

這個品種的葡萄造出了一支成熟圓潤的酒，香氣、酒力、強度都在中上水平酸度亦足，餘韻合格以上。這酒改變了一點我對aligote 的想法，要開始儲返一些。日常飲用一個佳選⋯⋯

2009 Clos de la Roche, Domaine Chantal Remy

Deep ruby colour with quite intense noses of rose, dried red berry, strawberries jam, cherry jam, mint leaf, cedar and touch of sandalwood. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Medium level soft and ripe tannin with quite intense flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, mushroom, damped earth and licorice. Longer than medium length with red cherry finish. (92) Good nose and palate. Pretty weak on length.

由開始聞到喝入口，之後酒在口中遊走中一直都好享受。香氣、複雜性都很好，口感亦都係，円寧成熟柔順，亦有很好的品種特色。呢個時候已經覺得是一支好酒，可能太有之後的期待，酒的餘韻便沒有想像中長，但也合格有餘，好喝⋯⋯

2019 Macon Millly-Lamartine Clos du Four, Les Heritiers du Comte Lafon

A medium intensity lemon green coloured dry white Burgundy with quite intense noses of lemon, toasted sesame, vanilla, hazelnut, white flower and apricot. Medium acidity and full口 bodied, medium alcohol too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of lemon soda, apricot, white flower, vanilla and oak. Longer than medium length with lemonade finish. (91) Smooth and nice acidity, quite round, good texture.

口感好圓潤，而且亦有一定的酸度，令到支酒喝得好舒服。此酒亦保持到梅索村的風格，有一定的強度及複雜性，餘韻亦算長，中上的酒品，好喝。

2021 Gevrey Chambertin Les Marchais, Domaine Audiffred

Deep ruby coloured with quite intense noses of red berry, mint leaf, strawberry, rose and trace of cigar leaf and earth. Pretty good spiciness. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied, soft medium tannin too. On palate it has over medium intensity flavours of red plum, dried rose, and licorice. Medium length with red plumy finish. (90) Wild on nose and weighter on palate.

可口。這酒有著合理的強度及複雜性，只是四年多的酒但香料味出奇的強，餘韻合格。以這村來說這酒感覺較輕柔，幾特別。

2008 Pommard les Vignots, Domaine Leroy

Over medium intensity ruby coloured with pronounced noses of rose perfume, strawberry jam, dried red plum, cedar, earth and forest floor. Rich and complex. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol, quite full bodied with medium fine grained tannin. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of red plum, rose jam, cabbage, nutmeg and dried leaf. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (92) Rich, full and concentrated.

十七年仍然濃艶的一瓶酒，各方面都強勁濃烈，亦仍有一定複雜性，這個Pommard比我以前試的更厚，更有力，好喝
