酒香的感覺頗濃厚,香味較厚重的感覺,令人覺得木桶的影響很大似的。酒入口後表現反而轉向薄的感覺,有點變化,亦多番一些礦物質感,餘韻算長 ,好飲。

A medium lemon green coloured dry champagne with quite intense aromas of lemon, yeast, toast, stewed apple, walnut and touch of limestone. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with creamy mouthfeel. On palate it has medium intensity flavours of lemon, cream, red apple. almond, steel and trace of bread. Fairly long length with lemon bread finish. (92)

It is dry and quite acidic, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, honey, cream, red apple with touch of steel. 19年酒但新鮮得接近神奇,酒香很出色,強、複雜、亦令人感到新鮮清爽。酸度足而又沒有削的感覺,口感綿餘韻長,酒在口中味道複雜性下降了一點,而果味亦成熟了一點,很好喝,是有一點令人驚喜的好喝。

1969 Teaninich Single Cask Single Malt Whisky (36 years old)
Medium gold in colour with quite intense aromas of grain, honey, smoke, weed and trace of malt, iodine and caramel. Water enhances its malty aroma. Dry with medium acidity, medium warming alcohol, quite full bodied with oily mouthfeel. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavour of honey, malt, almond, vanilla. Longer than medium length with honey and malty finish. A touch of bitterness at the back. (91)
