2009 Gevrey Chambertin Aux Echezeaux V. V., Domaine Fourrier

Deep ruby with fairly high noses of red plum. earth, mushroom, dried spice, rose perfume and mint, it is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Soft and ripe medium tannin too. On palate it gives slightly over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, mushroom, mint leave and touch of clove and licorice. Fairly long length with red berry jam finish. (92)

有點點狂野感的。酒的香氣及酒味有著不錯的強度和複雜性。餘韻亦長，更難得的是單寧成熟幼滑，很好。
