2003 Dom Perignon

A medium lemon green colour champagne with medium intensity aromas of honey bread, lemon, red apple and touch of chalk and toast. Dry with quite high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with slightly over medium flavours of lime, green apple, acacia and touch of bread and mineral. Longer than medium length with lime finish. 清清爽爽的，酸度十足，酒香複雜性比酒味好，酒在口中的果味成熟度亦比酒香低，餘韻算長，不錯。
