2006 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru, Domaine Denis Mortet

This wine has deep ruby colour. On nose it gives fairly high noses of red plum rose pedal, cabbage, wet earth, vanilla, strawberry jam and touch of banana and licorice. Dry with medium acidity and alcohol, fuller than medium bodied with fine grained tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity of red cherry, red plum, rose pedal, vanilla and cabbage. Medium length with red plum finish. (90)

感覺四四正正的。比中等強一點的酒香，比一般多一點點的複雜性。品種特色表現得精準，好像一枝標準的布根地黑皮諾一樣，酒的口感有點點緊，但也可接受，幾好味。
