2004 Chambolle Musigny 1er Amoureuses, Domaine G. Roumier

This dry red wine possesses quite deep intensity ruby colour. It has almost pronounced level intensity aromas of red cherry, rose pedal, cabbage, rain forest floor, clove, pine, mushroom and trace of smoke and earth. Medium  mouth-watering acidity with medium alcohol. Soft medium tannin with a bit greenness, together with quite high flavour intensity. The flavours contain red wild cherry, rose, redberry, pine, forest floor and touch of mint tea, smoke and mushroom. Fairly long length with subtle red berry finish. (93)

複雜有層次，酒香及酒味強烈，餘韻長而且果味隱約徘徊在口中不散，反映出這是一枝佳釀，酒的酸度出了少少，單寧亦感覺到有點點青，否則這酒的評價會更高。但現在已經好好飲了。
