2004 Carruades de Lafite

A deep purple coloured dry red wine with quite high intensity aromas of blackcurrant, menthol, black plum, cedar, earth and touch of pencil. It has medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Fine-grained medium tannin too. On palate it gives slightly higher than medium flavours of black cherry, licorice, earth and touch of smoke and graphite. Medium length with black cherry finish. (91)

表現頗穩定的一枝副牌酒。酒香強而吸引，複雜性亦高。口感亦有著拉菲的優雅均衡感。酒味的複雜性一如大部份2004年酒一樣比較弱了點，這亦反映了在其餘韻上。可口，不錯的酒，但以現今的價格有點不值。
