This wine possesses a deep ruby colour. On nose it has higher than medium intensity aromas of cabbage, red plum, earth, British tea, dried herb, licorice and rose jam. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, together with medium fine grained tannin. On palate, it has fairly high intensity flavours of cherry, rose, earth and dried herb. Barely over medium length with red plum finish. (91)

酒香很不錯的一枝酒，有一定複雜性及力度。但酒味的複雜性差了點，雖則仍維持一定力度，餘韻也不錯，好飲。

2006 Puligny Montrachet Les Pucelles, Domaine Leflaive

This is a medium lemon dry white wine. On nose it has over medium intensity aromas of honey, lemon, white flower, walnut, vanilla and touch of mineral. It is dry with medium alcohol, acidity and bodied. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of honey, lemon, floral, vanilla, mineral and walnut. Slightly longer than medium length with honey and lemon finish. (92) Consistent and good minerality.

酒很一致，係一致地好。酒的礦物感頗充足。酒香及酒味也有一定複雜性及強度，餘韻算長，但酒的整體好像少了一點點布根地的優雅感，不錯的一枝酒。

Martell Extra XO Cognac

This Cognac has medium intensity mahogany colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of raisin, jasmine, citrus peel, caramel and touch of vanilla and honey. Water enhances its floral note and adds some tropical characters. It is dry with medium acidity, smooth medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of tannin is detected with slightly over medium intensity flavours of prune, raisin, honey, orange peel and touch of vanilla and nuts. Long length with honey and prune finish. (94)

舊酒吸引力表現出來。酒香濃郁有複雜性。口感豐厚圓潤，酒味亦展現出層次感，餘韻長而吸引，令人回味，酒味及酒香表現一致，飯後只飲這酒而不食甜品 也會有一種滿足的感覺。

Fairly deep ruby colour with medium intensity aromas of red plum, rose, earth, cherry jam and smoke pine. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Medium fine-grained tannin with medium flavours of red cherry, plum and licorice. Longer than medium length with plummy finish. (89)

較簡單的一款酒，但仍不失布根地酒的特色。酒力一般，複雜性也算合格，值得一讚的是酒的餘韻比想像中長，佐餐可能好一點，輕鬆暢飲也是一個不錯的選擇。

A fairly deep ruby colour dry red wine with medium noses of cabbage, rose jam, red cherry, licorice and vanilla. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. On palate, it gives fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, licorice and touch of wet leaves and damp forest. Fairly long length with red plum finish. (91)

再一次証明NSG的酒不是差的。在複雜性上不算十分複雜，但酒在口中表現比香氣更好，不論在力度及複雜性皆是，餘韻亦長。幾好飲。

Glenfarclas 25 year Single Malt Whisky

This whisky has medium gold colour and quite pronounced aromas of grain, honey, apricot, caramel and touch of malt and peat. Water enhances its honey notes. Off dry with barely medium acidity, medium alcohol touch of spiky. Fuller than medium bodied and mouth coating. Barely over medium flavour intensity with flavours of honey, caramel, grain and touch of dark coffee. Fairly long length with honey and malty finish. (92) Masculine yet round.

有剛強感的一枝威士忌，酒香在強度與複雜性均不錯，酒味也好，但強度與複雜性均不及酒香，餘韻算長而口感亦算豐厚，酒精感強了少少，整體表現好的。

2002 Clos de Vougeot, Domaine Castagnier

Deep ruby colour with touch of haziness, this dry red wine has fairly high intensity aromas of black plum, earth, mushroom, cabbage and touch of smoke, clove and nutmeg. Medium alcohol and acidity with ripe and fine grained medium tannin. The flavour intensity is at slightly over medium level with flavour of black cherry, cabbage, mushroom and smoke. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92)

酒香的複雜性力度均好，可是在口中複雜性跌了點，但力度仍算強。餘韻長也是另一個誘人因素，比些時間陳多兩年應該好好味。

果香出色，果味濃郁，有點複雜性，亦開始有一些其他香味發展出來。餘韻不錯，但酒仍須一些時間發展，可以陳年多一點，應該會更好的。

1994 Emrich-Schonleber Monzinger Halenberg Riesling Beerenauslese

Medium tawny in colour and full bodied, this sweet wine has refreshing medium plus acidity and fairly high intensity noses. The aromas contain raisin, honey, apricot, mineral and touch of grass. Fairly high intensity flavours as well with flavours similar to that of noses plus some orange and grass. Barely over medium length with citrus and raisin finish. (91)

酒很濃郁，複雜性反而欠了點，餘韻不夠長，但酸度多了點點，整體也不錯。

1967 Giacosa Donato Barbaresco

Fairly deep intensity ruby colour with touch of haziness, this wine has barely over medium noses of savory, red plum, leather, tar, touch of soya sauce and raisin. It is dry with medium sharp acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with barely medium soft tannin. On palate it has medium flavours of prune, tea, leather, road tar, earth and touch of Madeira. Fairly long length with plum and tea finish. (88)

老酒風範，發展成熟而正在走下坡，氧化的情況亦已經出現。雖則如此，酒的複雜性及力度仍有，仍可給與飲用者一點享受，快飲快飲。

2008 Donnhoff Niederhauser Hermannshohle Riesling Spatlese

This wine has a medium lemon green colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of honey, peach, mineral, wet stone and touch of pear drop. Its sweetness is close to medium with fairly high zesty acidity. Barely medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives medium flavours of lemon, honey, peach and touch of mineral and kerosene. Medium length with honey lemon finish. (90)

香氣複雜性及強度不錯。甜酸的平衡度也適中。可是口中的力度及複雜性轉弱，餘韻亦比想像中短，但配餐的話應該不錯。

2007 Ch. Monbousquet Blanc

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with medium intensity aromas of lemon, grass, mineral, vanilla and toasted almond. It has medium acidity, alcohol and close to full bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of grass, lemon, vanilla, honeysuckle and touch of mineral. Medium length with lemony finish. (90)

不錯。有一定複雜性，酒在口中的表現比酒香好一點，酒的力度及餘韻再長一些就更好了。

Paul Giraud 1er Cru Grande Champagne Cognac

This Cognac has medium copper colour and fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, jasmine, orange and touch of vanilla and musk. With water, floral and honey notes are enhanced. It is dry with medium acidity. Integrated medium alcohol, medium bodied and touch of tannin is noted. On palate, it has fairly high intensity flavours of citrus, orange, jasmine, vanilla and honey. Slightly longer than medium length with grapefruit finish. (93) Clean, pure and fruity throughout

雖然酒的陳年感欠缺了點，但它以其清純及豐富果香搶回分數。酒香及酒味一致濃烈，有一定複雜性，餘韻也算合適，其花果味亦令酒的豐富感增加，幾好飲。
