2008 Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Rose Champagne Brut

A dry champagne with medium pink colour. On nose it gives quite intense aromas of wild strawberry, red apple, steel, chalk and trace of rose. Quite floral and very clean nose. Quite acidic with medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it gives quite intense flavours of strawberry, red cherry, steel, limestone and red apple. Longer than medium length with strawberry finish. (90) Fresh.

鮮、爽、清新，酒力幾強，合適的餘韻，好有活力的香檳。紅果感覺淡淡的，帶來的酒香很清新，在粉紅香檳來說是近清爽的方向。好的開胃香檳，也是好的早晨香檳。

1989 Veuve Cliequot Ponsardin Trilennium Reserved Cuvee

Medium lemon coloured with fairly high intensity well-developed nose of lemon, honey, bread, toast, caramel and touch of mineral, quite heavy notes. It is still dry with fairly high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with long length and honey bread finish. On palate it gives slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of honey, stewed apple, lemon jam, yeast and bread. (94) Good maillard action noted.

 這莊的酒一直給我中規中矩 的感覺，沒有一些引起驚嘆的酒品，但這一款是例外。終於有一款是令我覺得精彩的香檳。強烈而充分發展了的複雜香氣，廿多年酒齡仍保持著足夠的酸度，再加上悠長的餘韻，整枝酒展示其出色的品質，好好飲。但同場飲了這酒的孖瓶裝及單瓶裝，孖瓶裝比較好，而且好很多，這酒評也是以孖瓶裝撰寫的。

1990 Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Cave Privee Collection Champagne

A medium lemon coloured champagne with slightly higher than medium aromas of pineapple, caramel, straw, apple, lemon and hay. It is dry with medium zesty acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied and flavour intensity. Citrus, honey, caramel and straw with medium citrus length. (91)

不至於有點老，但應該要飲的香檳。酒香複雜性不錯，酒力也算好，酒味及餘韻差了點，90年的香檳應該更加好的。
