Medium lemon colour dry white wine with quite pronounced aromas of lemon, honey, vanilla, almond, camomile and touch of straw. Quite high in acidity with medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has fairly high intensity flavours of lemon, sour apple and vanilla. Close to long length with lemon finish. (90)

又一殺嬰事件，早飲了。酸度仍強，酒味仍待發展，但我有一點懷疑即使發展了也不會太複雜。酒香反而已有一定發展，唔知是否倉儲問題，酒香有點氧化的感覺。

2000 Bartard Montrachet, Verget

A medium lemon coloured wine with fairly pronounced aromas of lemon, straw, honey and almond. Dry with medium alcohol, acidity and quite full bodied. Flavours contain honey, lemon and straw at higher than medium level. Fairly long length with honey and lemon finish. (90)

要飲了。開始出現成熟的酒味，酒香及酒味都算強，可是複雜性不足，餘韻是這酒最值得回味的。

2002 Corton Charlemagne, Verget

This wine possesses medium intensity lemon colour with green tint. On nose it gives slightly over medium intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, pear, vanilla, mineral with trace of honey. Dry with medium zesty acidity, medium alcohol and quite full bodied. The flavour intensity is slightly over medium with flavours of citrus, pear, vanilla and oak. Fairly long length with citrus and pear finish. (91)

一支較清爽的CORTON CHARLEMAGNE，但仍有它的風格，成熟，有一定複雜性，餘韻也長，唯口感複雜性差了點，但整體也頗好。

2009 Saint-Veran Terroirs de Davaye, Verget

A medium lemon green colour with medium intensity aromas of lemon, flower, grapefruit and pear. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The flavour intensity is medium with flavours of lemon, and touch of melon. Barely medium length with citrus finish. (87) Simple and fruity, not complex at all. A wine for early drinking, as evident by its rather short length.

簡單直接，只有果味，冇複雜性，一枝非常普通的白酒。只愛果味的人會較喜歡.......

2004 Chablis Cuvee de la Butte, Verget

A pale lemon green dry white wine with citrus and savoury aroma. It has light to medium body, medium acidity and alcohol. On palate, it continues its lemon flavour with fine savoury and sea water notes. The finish is short but is still a pleasant wine with oyster. I tasted this with New Zealand bluff oyster but it seems that the flavour of the oyster is too strong for this wine to take. (90)
